I was impressed on many levels . At the initial meeting Kevin gave me the quote . All the other companies had to go back to their offices to provide a quote. Our meeting was on Friday afternoon . His crew was in place and working at 8AM Monday morning following several followup texts and emails over the weekend. He sent me Insurance coverage details when he sent the written quote . I have been an industrial engineer ( aka efficiency expert ) . I was impressed with the efficiency of their process . They removed a GIANT ENORMOUS white oak towering over my garage . I had visions of seeing a limb protruding from the roof . Didn’t happen . All went soooo smoothly. The beautiful Monster pine … I had difficulty finding where it had been . So … Yes … I am pleased with their work . I hope they actually made some money on the job. I don’t see how . We did a side deal, on the spot , for two trees that needed culling . Very reasonable . Don’t call Alvarez and you’ll be missing out . They did what they said they would do . You can’t beat that .

Mr. Alvarez did a wonderful job. He responded to my request and completed the job quickly at a reasonable price. He trimmed 2 trees and didn’t leave until he made sure that I was happy with his work. Highly recommend!

Fast schedule for the estimate, flexible prices and timely matter to complete the job. They remove one large sweet gum tree and trim 2 oak trees. I’ll highly recommended this company to anyone in the area of Raleigh and surrounding areas.
