Description of Work: They forgot to come for first appointment and came later than expected for second appointment. We never received their estimate despite our leaving voice mails and sending emails. It sounded as if it would be a good deal and we had thought they were the ones we would go with.

Description of Work: The entire experience was great. The customer service rep was very responsive and helped me all the way through the shipment, installation, and the post-installation phase. The fence looks beautiful and was very easy to install. The price was very reasonable for the quality and I would use this company again. The total cost was fraction of the contactors' price (less than 50%).
