I ordered 3 art pieces in 2 different transactions. The first was an apple picture. When it came, the matting was crooked. They told me to send a picture to them. I did. They could see the matting was crooked. They sent a replacement. It was cropped incorrectly. They refunded all but $7 of my money and told me to reorder. Second, picture of sunflowers. Came fine. Third, picture of Boston. Fine. Here is my problem with this company. Somewhere in the ordering process, they have a box that you have to UNCHECK if you do not want to receive unwanted magazine subscriptions. When I ordered the Boston picture, I knew I should look for the box AND I DID! Could not find it. Thought perhaps they had stopped doing it because it aggravated people. NOPE. A few days later an unsolicited subscription to Newsweek showed up at my house. They will tell you it is free. No I do not believe it. Nothing in this world is free. There is always a hook. I should not have to endure having magazines showing up on my doorstep because I wanted a framed art print. HATE THIS. It is like a bait and switch tactic. It is meant to trap me into buying something I do not want. This is a real shame because other than this, I thought the quality of their work was pretty good.
