He was prompt, he was here a little quicker than 30 mins, he was very courteous, he seemed very professional. I would use them again.

Fixing a DIY project that I did incorrectly Dan communicated what time he would be there and then texted when he was going to be a few minutes early to make sure it was OK. He came in and identified the issue fairly quickly. Gave a thorough but not overly lengthy explanation about what happened and how he was going to fix it. He proceeded to get to work and completed the job in under one hour. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. He will be my electrician moving forward. A nice guy who knows what he’s doing, communicates effectively, arrives on time, then does the work quickly and as expected. Great overall experience.

Dan Allen has performed the electrical and plumbing work on my home for 6 or more years. He is excellent! He’s always on time, works efficiently. He gives me cost saving options when we discuss how to address a problem. He freely shares advice with me on smaller DIY projects I take on myself. The best part is I only pay one visit fee and have a specialist on 2 areas there!
Description of Work: Install ceiling fan, replace broken fire alarm and socket. Convert existing garage fluorescent lights to LED. Replace toilet flapper and handle. Diagnose and replace broken stopper assembly in bathroom sink.
