I talked with Terry to find out the cuase of the problem with the gears. He told me that the gears have a tendancy to lock up and not work after a long period of inactivity. I was told by another bike shop that I would need to replace the shifters. Terry confirmed what I was thinking and repaired them. Then he pointed out that the bike had a recall and started to order the replacement crank. I was promised the work was to be completed on Wend and I got the call a day early. Terry, Mel, and Neal are true customer service people.
Description of Work: My wife's bike was not switching gears correctly.

We have used them initially for so long. A new shop moved in close to my son's house, so he isn't going there. My son is a biker, so it is important to be convenient to my son. Their customer service is awesome. They are great. It is purely location that has moved my son to the other shop. We used them for a long time. They have worked with my son so well, it's just so amazing. My son's bike is his only source of transportation. Any time, he has shown up, they have just taken care of him right away. They have been very good.
