All-Pro Painting did a great job for us. They were very responsive, Chad came out quickly and gave a quote, and scheduled as soon as we were ready. Israel and his crew did a fantastic job. They did repair work on walls and ceilings before painting the great room, removed wallpaper and painted a bathroom, painted the hall and stairwell, and painted the outside porch railings. This was all done to perfection in 2 days. I will definitely call them again.

they were very prompt and worked hard and steadily the entire time. We had to renegotiate terms early in as the entire house had to be primed rather than just one side. The house looks terrific!

My house is 2 stories with very high peaked roof and a dormer. My siding was okay but my trim and shutters were in need of repainting and wood repair in some areas. The crew was very professional and did a great job. Any concerns were addressed with us and the final job looks incredible. The house really pops with color and now we have our cul-de-sac on a repainting trend. Quick response to my request on home advisors and Angie's list and the timeliness of doing the job and completion was perfect. I would gladly recommend them for other jobs.

The Service with All Pro Painting was very good. They were very accommodating, especially considering I had to change the schedule on them and with such a wet winter we have had. On each occasion, they were back at the stated time, which was very helpful with my work schedule. Justin was great at explaining everything, to me and my wife on separate occasions, that had to be done. His crew was very professional. Our house is quite old and wasn't sure that it would be worth the money to merely change the color. We couldn't be more happy that we did. We have had a lot of great feedback from our family, friends, and neighbors. I called them two months later for some work on the inside of the house and the work was was completed with the same expectations they created with their previous work. The work at our house has led to work at three of our neighbors and we all agree that they do great and professional work. Thanks for everything.

All Pro Painting initially sent a small crew to pressure wash the entire home. During this part of the job, I had another contractor doing some stone work at the front of the home, preventing All Pro from pressure washing this part of the home at the time that they were ready to do it. All Pro came out on a Sunday, at no extra expense to me, so that they could pressure wash without interfering with the other contractor's work, and without delaying the painting project. The crew was very professional, completing the job without a need for follow-up work or revisits. The home looks brand new, and the screened-in porch screen installation is a much better job than the original contractor performed. I would not hesitate to use All Pro again. In addition, All-Pro's bid was considerably cheaper than two other proposals that I received. The only minor negative was that the job was started a couple of days later than originally scheduled. This was due to rainy weather, however, and All Pro's owner, Justin Hart, maintained communication, keeping me informed of adjustments in the schedule. Overall great experience.

Very professional service. Justin was prompt in coming to our house after we made initial contact, and within a few days the crew was there painting. They finished the entire space in a matter of a few hours and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

Justin answered his phone on the first contact attempt, he was very professional in that he was available as the date I requested and was the best priced out of everyone I contacted. Justin and his team completed the job exactly when he said they would and done so in a very CLEAN! and professional manner, I will be working with Justin and his team on all my future projects and would recommend him to anyone looking for a great painting experience.

Arrived in expected time frame each day, provided good quality paint, did excellent fast job painting, arrived promptly to do touch-ups and fix an issue with a hinge that had been reattached. Great service.

The painters were punctual each day they came to the house, provided primer where needed, did extra work that wasn't in original contract. Any time there were spots that were missed or additional coats of paint were needed, the painters were more than happy to oblige.

Justin and his crew arrived promptly the morning of the 18th. He reviewed the plan for the work we previously discussed.The original plan was to remove the border of the wallpaper, prime the remaining wallpaper and apply two coats of paint. Justin had previously carefully examined the wallpaper to see if this plan was plausible (per my request). The wallpaper was of good quality, but had been in place for a number of years. The seams were in good shape and no paper was peeling; therefore, the plan mentioned above was thought to be a reasonable course of action. As the crew began to remove the border, it became apparent that, even though the paper was of good quality, it had become brittle because of its age (over 10 years). Justin suggested that the better course of action would be to remove all of the wallpaper, due to the possibility that the weight of the oil-based primer would cause the paper to eventually peel. The brittleness of the removed border was obvious to me, the explanation for completely stripping the paper made perfect sense, and I was surprised at the reasonableness of the price for the additional hours that would be required. (Note: Justin's company did some exterior painting for me two and a half years ago, and I found him to be very knowledegable and professional at that time, so I valued his opinion.) Before Justin left, he was careful to be certain that all my questions had been answered. His crew worked steadily and they were very courteous. They took particular care as they moved appliances, after I mentioned that the kitchen floor had been slightly damaged when the refrigerator previously had been moved by someone else. They made certain that a protective covering was placed over the floor area that could potentially be affected. When the crew took a lunch break, they let me know they were leaving and when they would return. At the end of the day, everything was placed exactly as found that morning, even though they would be returning to complete the job. No painting materials, including ladders, were left in the kitchen at the end of the 1st day. There were no communication problems at all with the crew, and Justin was available at any time to answer any questions I might have. As before, I am happy with the results of the job from All-Pro Painting; I would recommend Justin's services to anyone.

We were referred by our friends to All-Pro Painting because our friends made a point to talk about how great the painters were and how well they communicated through out the process. Well they were 100% correct. First of al Justin came out and gave a detailed estimate on what they would do and how they would do it. Very professional! Very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. When they started the job, they explained where they would start and what they would complete step by step. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day. They showed up promptly when they said they would each morning. They walked the job at the very end to make sure that I was happy. I showed them a few touch ups needed and they did this quickly. Thank you very much for a great job!! Will definitely use you again in the future.

Work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I was happy with the results as well as the price quoted. The owner was very pleasant to interact with and was very accommodating.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. There are things that still need to be done, but I don't want them back. They were not experienced. There was paint on the chimney and on the furniture. I stopped having them come back because they would mess up something else

Justin worked with me from the beginning with providing several quotes as I was trying to get most the work done myself but I ran out of time. He was polite and professional in the providing of quotes, paint color samples, etc. The day the work was supposed to start, Justin emailed me and let me know that they would not start today and it would be tomorrow - as a job took longer than expected. The next day they arrived around 9am, and Justin was there with a crew. Justin walked his crew around and showed them what to do. This was the last I ever saw of Justin. The crew started painting, and worked that day until about 4pm. They returned the next day to complete the job and right after they completed I was asked for a check for the balance. Didn't get walked around and shown the work etc, as the crew spoke broken English. It wasn't until I started to check out the work - this is where things started to go real wrong. First off, they did not paint the trim in the garage, I emailed Justin and he sent a few guys back out the next day - look at the pics to see how the "painted the trim". I found extremely poor patching of holes, missed spots, poor cutting in, They did not even take my new bath fixtures off the wall and tried to paint around them - poorly at that. Not to mention the bathroom I paid the most for since they had to remove the popcorn ceiling there. I contacts Justin about this and he wanted to send them back again. I did not have time to keep meeting his crew and letting them fix the mistakes. I hired a PROFESSIONAL to get the job done right, and should have been done right the first time. He said he "lead guy" was on another site doing touch ups - so it seems this is a pattern that they have to go back and do touch ups. I finished the work myself as it looked much better as I would take time to tape off the trim and all. Since the house was getting put up for sale I needed things to look its best. The guy's name was Justin Hart. He had a worker come in who was a typical worker and did a decent job but he couldn't speak English. He was going to charge $50 to take off a little more wallpaper but I went ahead and did it. They did a good job.
