Description of Work: The owner came out to check our roof for leaks, found that a boot was loose and the cause of the leak. Just before the rain started, he reattached the boot, and caulked the entire roof - just to be safe... Two weeks later after the rains had stopped, his team came out replaced the boot, and many loose shingles. All for the same agreed price.

Description of Work: Initially the job was to repair some storm damage. The repair revealed severe underlying problems in the roof which would cause additional damage in the future. I decided to have the entire roof redone with new shingles and replacement vents, as well as repairing additional damage the removal of the old shingles revealed. | |Mr. Beddard, the owner, explained every aspect of the process as well as the costs clearly. The cost came in exactly as bid. | |They started the work promptly with my schedule in mind and finished quickly. My property was left cleaner after the work than it was before they started. | |If you value old school professionalism, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Description of Work: New roof on house and garage. This is the third time I have used all grade for my roofing over the past 30 years. They are a family owned and operated business that does things the old way. The persons who do the estimate are the ones that do the work. Top materials, replacement of roof boards as needed, hand hammered shingles, etc. I don't know if they are the cheapest but they do a top notch job. They show up on time and complete the work as promised. They have done many houses in this community for years.

Description of Work: A previous contractor had improperly installed new skylights on my home. The first rain after the skylights were installed they leaked and caused extensive damage to my ceiling and walls. James (owner of All Grade Roofing) came out to my home with his crew and in one day replaced the skylights and fixed other roof problems caused by the previous contractor. All Grade was very professional in their work, keeping me informed as to the project, and in their housekeeping at the completion of the project. I would definitely use this company again.
