Description of Work: I used AJS Painting & Carpentry. He is a general repairman and carpenter. There is a storage area built on top of my garage. The original owner built an entire structured floor in the garage which has a high ceiling. The problem was that there was no wall, it was just a steep roof, so I used them to build a wall for safety reasons. He also added features to the stair case leading up to that.

Description of Work: Estimate fo pressure washing, exterior painting, replace entry door surround and add a storm door.

 + 5 moreA challenge with the deck was protecting a Dogwood Tree. They did an amazing job with it! We got three other quotes in which all of them would end up removing the tree. The deck included cutting a hole in a brick wall and installing a door for access. They arrived on time and cleaned up every night. I'm happy with their service. Jacob saved me money on the tiling project. He gave cost-effective solutions to my tile problem. After commencing the project, he tested his tile work, was not happy with it and so decided to redo it. As far as I could see, the first attempt was perfect, but Jacob's a man who takes pride in good service and professional work!
Description of Work: I hired this company to build a deck for us in May 2010. ($3300.00) In February 2011, he did some tile work for us and re-grouted our bathroom. At this time he also repaired soffit, fascia and tiles on our roof. ($400.00)
