They arrived on time and got right to work were very professional and finished in about 3 hours. Could tell a great difference in the appearance of the ducts, would differently call again if i need more of this type of work.

Very well. Techs were held up but called to alert me and arrived exactly when they predicted. They were quick and efficient, and also very respectful of the home. They finished more quickly then anticipated. The HVAC system is quieter since they performed the work and I notice less dust. I could not be more pleased.

Very well. Ducts were too dirty to clean and had to be replaced. I was upset to hear this, but they replaced them for a reasonable price. I will keep them clean from now on.

We purchased the deal on a weekend and they called on Monday to schedule the time for the next week. The crew arrived on time and inspected our duct work. It was determined that the duct work on the first floor had active mold growth and because of the type of piping (flexible plastic) the first floor ducts were too dirty to clean properly and needed to be replaced. That was scheduled for the next week. They also cleaned the 2nd floor ducts and sanitized the whole system. We were given credit for what we had already paid. We had an issue with no air coming out of one of the vents and the owner came out and fixed it (had come loose).

It could not of gone any better. The owner, Charles, personally came out to help on the job. I was skeptical of having this work done, but you could tell that they were honest and really cared about doing the right thing for the customer. It turned out my air ducts were pretty clean and they did a great job of pre-treating the system to prevent any mold in the future. I definitely will use Charles and his team again!

Air Quality Concepts did a great job. It turned out that I had to replace my downstairs air ducts in the crawl space and have new vapor covering put in my crawl space. They came back within a couple of days and did the work and used my payment that was originally to be used to clean the air ducts towards the replacement. Charles, the owner and his crew were extremely helpful and honest. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company for air duct service.

went well - they did not have a lone enough vacuum run because of an unusual setup at our house but came back next day with all the necessary equipment.

workers arrived on time and did quality work. They vacuumed all ducts in the house, cleaned all registers, cleaned the air return registers and vacuumed the drier vent line. All work was done in a timely professional manner. I will difinitely use them again

Great! Charles and his team came out and cleaned a 50 years old ducting systems and a 18 year old furnace. We were very happy with outcome and will definitely have them back for future cleanings.

I think the deal should have been worded more clearly, as I wasn't expecting the additional expense for the second system. They certainly could have described it a bit better. That said, the ducts had not been cleaned in a very long time, and I was very satisfied with the work they did. So much so, in fact, that we signed an annual cleaning plan for 2 years. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. They did a very nice job, and they obviously knew what they were doing. They provided lots of helpful tips.

Air Quality Concepts did a great job cleaning our vents and system which looked like it had either been a long time since it was last cleaned (house is 20+ years old) or a very long time. There was some confusion over what was included in the deal we purchased, but they quickly worked with us to resolve and did a great job with the work cleaning the vents, including dryer vent, coils of the system, and returns while also spraying anti-mold protectant throughout. Everyone we worked with was professional and easy to work with and they finished in the time they said they would (about 4 hours).

They came out and cleaned and sanitized our air ducts and the dryer vent. They gave me a discount because they were recommended to me by my furnace guy. We also got a 3 year contract with them for a product that prevents mold. They did a super job.

Originally all 17 ducts were to be cleaned, but they explained and showed us that 7 ducts should not be cleaned and needed to be replaced so price was adjusted. We had the 7 ducts replaced and the fog was applied again. We are very happy with the results. No more odor or dirt coming out of the registers. Would highly recommend Air Quality Concepts.

I purchased an Angie's deal for the above company. The men arrived promptly at the scheduled time and immediately went to work. They explained what they were going to do and then went to work. When completed, they cleaned up and explained what was done and what they recommended...i.e...some of my vent covers needed replaced. They advised me re size and type to buy. I have noticed a definite improvement in air quality and my excessive dust problem is gone! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

It went well. They came shortly there after I purchased it. No additional fees. That's the thing, I don't know what the regular pricing is. The quality of the work they did was good. They were prompt.

So I purchased a duplex in which the tenants who lived in it didn't take care of it, so badly that the air filters alone had the thickest layer of dirt and dust I've ever seen in my life. The units both had what I call my nightmare (allergies) - one side had two heavy smokers and a large hairy dog, and the other side had three dogs as well. I purchased the cleaning from AQC for both sides of the duplex - and unfortunately I had to reschedule a number of times because the closing date was delayed for various reasons. AQC was very patient and Debbie was always happy to work in a new date, which I was really appreciative of. So the "before" - smoker side you could not stand to be in it for an extended period of time because you start getting a headache and sick to your stomach. No joke. Three-dog side smelled like "wet dog" with dog hair floating, and my allergies act up immediately where I'm coughing and wheezing, and all of that. Charles and Jim came out exactly on time, and with a LOT of care and detail-oriented cleaning, spent a few hours making sure that my ducts were perfectly cleaned - even sprayed an antibacterial solution that's guaranteed for a couple of years to keep bacteria out of the ducts. They were so friendly and kind and I just really enjoyed the conversations and having them out at the duplex taking care of all this for me. Well let me tell you...the "after" - smoker side only has the faintest hint that smokers even lived there (and that's ONLY because it's going to be in the carpet, probably on walls). I can be in the unit and not get sick after ten minutes and so far have not even gotten a headache. Three-dog side smells fresh, clean, and I haven't sneezed or coughed or gotten watery-eyed at all. AT ALL. I am absolutely amazed!! I can't believe the transformation of this place!! I am really really happy with AQC, and I'm recommending them to everyone I know - friendly, fair, honest, and an incredible service that has already made my indoor air quality 1000% better!! First off, we really appreciated the over the phone, detailed price quote we received from the office. That makes a big difference in the sometimes shifty world of duct cleaning. Crew arrived on time and did a thorough job. Our 1986 home had the HVAC replaced in 2012 but we couldn't believe the gunk pulled out of the ducts- there was a dog dish in one! Only potential glitch was the dryer vent- it was supposed to be included at no charge in the quote. The crew didn't think it could be accessed (covered by the deck) and wanted to skip it. I pulled off the grate and at least a 5 gal bucket of lint was retrieved. Our dryer works so much better now . Ducts were sanitized at the last step. I've always wondered if duct cleaning might be a scam, but we noticed an immediate reduction in the amount of dust in the house. And no musty odors. Well worth the cost.
