Excellent. Charles came quickly to assess. The ypung men tgat did the work were a bit late but everything was completed by end of the day. Price was excellent.

Jake was one of the techs who arrived. He and the second tech did an excellent job. They misted the vents with sporicidin when all were clean which kills mold and mildew. The company comes back one year and two years later at no charge to do more misting. He took some snapshots of the air vents which he showed me. We just had our heater and heat exchange fixed a month ago and two of the air ducts were not reattached! He caught that and reattached them, changed all the air filters, cleaned the vents inside each room, then used the special equipment which forces a wire brush with air pressure down each vent. They were very thorough and professional. We used a coupon on Angie's list and they also cleaned our dryer vent at no extra charge.

The crew was punctual, efficient, and thorough. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in dealing with our needs. They did an outstanding job! We will definitely hire them again.

Ran into two issues that they had to return but it was prompt and work completed.

First time we ever had them done. Our grandson has allergies I hope this will help. Stasiu and Miles did a good job. Very courteous and cleaned up wherever they might have left anything. We are pleased.

The two staff members were polite and professional. One was evidently in training, and the experienced staffer took the time to explain methods and to make sure that the work was done thoroughly. The duct cleaning was successful.! The only improvement could be cleaning the debris from around all of the floor vents after the duct brushing and vacuuming; most were cleaned, 3 were not.

Had to get new air conditioning unit installed, so received refund but the whole time of conversing back and forth with company they were very polite and respectful. Will use in future.

It went great! The team that came out was great - especially the main point of contact. He was very easy to work with, professional, and made sure to explain everything he was doing. He was the kind of person that expected a certain level of work from their services and was not satisfied until that was achieved. For him to be happy, it had to be great - what more can you ask for?! I would also tell you they never once attempted to upsell me onsite, etc.

They arrived on time and got right to work were very professional and finished in about 3 hours. Could tell a great difference in the appearance of the ducts, would differently call again if i need more of this type of work.
