We do NOT use rotobrush systems or homemade 50 gallon drum vacuums with makeshift hoses to shove down your lines. Those methods move the dirt around and tear up duct work. Also, if you see dirt around the vents during the cleaning process, contaminants are being brought back into the home. This happens with all other duct cleaning systems. We pride ourselves in air duct cleaning the correct way, not pushing the dirt around, but removing it and keeping it contained in our vacuum system and the ducts. We always offer free before and after photos so you see exactly what you're paying for. Our process uses suction and forced air simultaneously. We do not disconnect any lines or compromise your system. Our cleaning methods are above and beyond any air duct cleaners in the country. We were highly impressed with their work. Mr. Edwards had an assistant with him, and they both appeared to be very competent. We felt that we received an excellent job. He was very personable and easy to deal with. This company was referred to us by Bob Clarke a representative of One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. He said that they were the best in the business in his operating area. We can see why he felt that way.
Description of Work: Using a very large suction blower powered by 220 on the outside of the house with a long, large hose running under the house they sucked out the air ducts from the basement/crawl space. They also sucked out each of the ten air supply ducts inside plus the three air return ducts. ($395.00) At our request they sealed all of our duct work which had not gotten sealed for some reason when the air conditioning system that we were in the process of replacing had been installed quite a few years back. ($200.00) Mr. Edwards (the company owner) asked if we would like to have the system sanitized. After discussing it with him with him saying with the new a/c system and the newly sealed duct work, this was the one missing link and that it was actually three services in one in that they would be out annually for the next two years to re-sanitize it at no extra charge and that the service was normally $200, but it was specially priced at $100 now...having confidence in the job he was performing and his expertise, I told him yes. ($100.00)

We decided to have our air ducts cleaned and we had some estimates from various companies. Air Quality Concepts was priced a lot better than the so-called $99 air duct cleaners. They were prompt and very professional. It was so refreshing to deal with an honest service provider. They explained exactly what was being done and provided a warranty with the work. It has really helped with my allergies and I would recommend them to anyone in need of duct cleaning..
Description of Work: They used a very large vacuum system outside of the house and had a vacuum hose that went into the system causing suction on all the lines. They then went to each vent inside and cleaned the vents and all of the duct work using a soft bristle brush blowing high pressure air that went down the entire line. It was explained to me that this removed particles in the duct work as it's being sucked out from the other side. They also showed me before and after pictures that they took at our home.

They didn't do the work. I had to call somebody else and spend more money. I didn't want to call them back. I found another company on Angie's List. He was punctual, but I wouldn't recommend him to anybody.

We were the second company that went to her home. We cleaned the dryer vent for her because the first company did not. She was very pleased with the work when we left. She must have our company confused with the first company that came out.
