They were very efficient and did a great job. I would recommend them to others. No had this done by another company approximately. 5 years ago and there is no comparison. This company did a much better job and spent more time at our house making sure everything was clean.

The techs were both very professional, they called in advance of showing up early as well. They did an awesome job cleaning the system, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I was very impressed at their speed and the price, I would recommend this service to anyone that needs it.

Every winter I used to get this unbelievable head cold. It was terrible and lasted about 3 months. My grandson, when he came over to stay for a few night had to bring his asthma inhaler. My wife complained we had a lot of dust in our house and told me the amount of dust in our house was due to the material in out duck work. Employees arrived a few minutes before their appointment. They performed all (and more) work that we agreed to. I had to sign my first contract for work in 1990 (I was 40 years of age). Before this time a contractor and I would agree on the work to be accomplished, the price, and shake hands to finalize the deal. I was never disappointed. In 1990 I received nothing and it took me 14 months to get my deposit back. I cannot accomplish in words what is needed to say about this company. My wife and I are completely satisfied with this company and I would recommend them to anyone. If someone were to ever put a negative reply to their work I would not believe it. You will not be disappointed by the professionalism of this company. Since the company cleaned I no longer have head colds, my grandson no longer has to bring his inhaler to the house and my wife talks about how much cleaner the house is and it's not longer as dusty.

Charlie and his staff were on time and very professional. I had to reschedule several times and each time Debbie was most cordial and accommodating. Would have no reservations referring people to this company.

This company was very prompt and professional. They identified a crack in the drywall that was causing condensation and mildew formation in a duct above a bedroom. They cleaned everything out, taking pictures. They recommended possible solutions and did not pressure us to use their company if our own maintenance HVAC company could do the work. They were friendly and explained their findings completely, answering questions fully. I thought their price was competitive considering all the work they did--they itemized the charges for each of their services. I found this company on Angie's List--they deserve their A rating!

This company arrived before the scheduled time and was extremely professional. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again. We bought this duplex in June 2013, and the technician said the ducts appear to never have been cleaned. My mom and grandfather live in this home so we are so happy to hear that they can breathe easy knowing the ducts were cleaned. Thank you for your service and great job!!!

Cleaned the air ducts and went the extra mile to make sure we understood the value of the service. I would have expected to pay more for this service, without a doubt some of the best service we have received from a vendor on any of our properties.

They did come and clean the ducts. Everything went well except there was an opening left in one of the ducts. When we called, they came back immediately and fixed it. Clean up went very well and overall the job went very well.

AQC arrived right on-time and after a brief explanation of what work would be done got right to work. They started on the 2nd floor vents and then did the 1st floor. They removed all the vent covers and washed them outside. I thought I would have to buy new vent covers but they did such a good job cleaning them that they looked brand new. They cleaned the return vents and cleaned the a/c unit outside. After they were done and cleaned up you could not tell anyone had worked here. They did an excellent job for a fair price. Working with Charles and Debbie was fabulous. They worked with my very tight and inflexible schedule that required rescheduling twice. Debbie even took the time to call the Mold Inspector to make sure that we were doing things in the right order and was always prompt about calling me back. The morning of the appointment, Charles called to let me know more precisely what time they would be there. The crew was a nice group of guys that were very courteous and acted with the upmost professionalism. They also gave me a discount for being an Angie's list customer. I will be using them again in the future and have already recommended them to friends.

Loved the service from Air Quality Concepts both times they have come out. They do a great job getting all the accumulated lint and dust out of my ventilation system. I appreciate how nice they are to deal with and the good work done at my home.

They arrived on time. They were professional and were very good at explaining the cleaning procedure. They cleaned our home a couple of years ago and we were so impressed that we decided to hire them to clean our second home. We were shown before and after pictures and were impressed.

They were okay. I paid more than what they said initially $356. This was the first time I used them. They were responsive. I would use them again.

It went well - they cleared our entire ventilation system and got out a ton of stuff. They were professional and respectful, working quickly but also thoroughly.

Originally we had Air Quality Concepts scheduled for a full house duct & dryer vent cleaning. After they opened everything up and seeing that it was not needed; they did not feel right taking our money for a full cleaning. We very much appreciated their honesty! So they just vacuumed the return vents and cleaned the dryer vent, including the connection between the wall & duct. Would definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

The provider arrived on time and got right to work. They informed us that they found black mold under the house and showed it to us. The cleaned the ducts and even applied a refreshing spray to the duct system. They insured us that the work was guaranteed. They removed their shoes prior to entering the house and even greeted the family beagle. I wish I could remember their names but it was the owner and a helper. They were so polite and informative. We decided to have them come back and treat the black mold. It was such a pleasant experience. They were professional and called when they were going to be late because of the traffic in Fayetteville. We are going to use them again.

These guys were wonderful. I had never had this done and I have a dog and a cat, both of whom shed quite a bit. They basically had to rebuild the dryer vent because it was in such bad shape. They were courteous, friendly, and extremely professional and competent. I recommend them highly.

I bought the Big Deal for whole house air duct cleaning for $329. This was about $100 cheaper than it would normally cost for my size house with this company The owner and his assistant were on time, friendly, and professional. They used a huge outdoor vacuum unit that they hooked up to the main return duct in the crawl space, and then went through the entire house with an air compressor and blew all the dust inside the ducts into the giant outdoor vacuum. They also carefully cleaned all the vent grates and the inside of the air handler in the crawlspace before they were done. The whole thing took about an hour. He offered to spray a mold killing spray / deodorizer to the inside of the ducts for an extra fee, but I declined. Scheduling was a bit of a challenge because of my work schedule, but the owner and his secretary were very friendly and flexible to meet my schedule. I really appreciated this, and I would definitely hire them again.

Had duct replaced by a local heat and air company

Scott and Tony might have been a bit late, but they called to let me know their new arrival time. They got right to work after explaining what they were going to do. They let me look over their shoulder and ask questions. They left the house in as good order as when they arrived. They were very nice and let us know of repairs that needed to be addressed I would definately recomend them to anyone that needed their air ducts cleaned!! Great job!!!
