Description of Work: cleaned vents on first floor after we had crawlspace sealed...they found one of my vent lines under the house was completed blocked and torn and insulation was in the vent...replaced it immediately...would have never known....really nice crew and respectful....

I opted to add the sanitization treatment ($150 added to the $379), which included the initial sanitation treatment and 2 annual inspections/cleaning/treatment which I think is well worth the peace of mind. I would recommend them especially if you are in a high humidity area and you notice anything around the vents.

Description of Work: I recently had some renovation work done in my Morehead City condo. During the process we had the ceiling popcorn removed which created a lot of dust.... and a lot of the dust was sucked into our vent/ducts because the ac was running and the intake was not covered... I had the Air Quality folks clean all the vents and ducts.... They did a fantastic job, I could see the dust blowing out.... I could not be more pleased with the service provided.... I plan to have them do the same to my home in Raleigh later this year.

This husband and wife team are the people you want to call when you want the job done right and in a timely fashion. No debris left when they leave. They wear booties over their shoes so they dont track debris into your home.***They test EVERYTHING to insure that the job has been done right. They also show before and after pictures.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $329 for home air duct cleaning and deodorizing. The service turned out fine. It was a positive experience. This was the first time I had used this company. I did not do the deodorizing from this company that was stated in the deal. I was not interested in that and they were understanding.

Description of Work: Excellent customer service and cleaning! Originally I was quoted around $700 to have our 2500sqft 4bed, 3 bath home with two AC and Heating systems (upstairs and down stairs separate systems). Turned out to cost much less. My in-laws were at the house to receive them. They said they were so polite and very hardworking. It took somewhere around 3-4hrs. When I got home I pulled out the vent registers and there was a distinct difference. We had just moved into the house and it looked as though liquids were spilled in the vents, kitty liter was in the vent and bugs. Now they are spotless. The cost was also substantially lower than originally quoted.

Description of Work: RESPONDED TO MY VOICEMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS. MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER SERVICES Due TO TRAVEL DISTANCE, BUT HAD ANGIE'S LIST SERVICE PROVIDER "RIBBON". WE ARE FIRST TIME USERS OF ANGIE'S LIST. SERVICE TO BE PROVIDED ON APRIL 4, 2013. Service provider reviewed the cleanliness of HVAC duct system and concluded that this aspect of his services was not needed. He proceeded to clean my dryer duct work which runs about 30 feet and shared pictures with me of the finished job. I woulld definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for Home Air Duct Cleaning & Deodorizing.

Description of Work: They performed a duct cleaning for for two HVAC units. These guys actually hook up a BIG HEPA suction unit to the duct work and then have a brush that goes into the ducts. All the dust and dirt is sucked into the unit. The other guys I talked with that were cheaper only used a glorified shopt vac and vacuumed out the registers. They also treated the system with a mold retardant. Overall very nice guys and they did a good job. We utilized the Angie's List coupon.
