Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal & then had Mr Moses tile my master bathroom also for an additional cost. Mr Moses accommodated my time/date constraints by rescheduling some other jobs to fit me in. He did a beautiful job in in a timely manner.

Description of Work: Tile not like picture ( no glass accent ), Moses said I could get a partial refund from Angie's List if I buy my own tile. Just wasn't comfortable with entire situation.

I presented seven different 12" x 12" tiles to him and his wife to pick from when I came to his house on Friday Sept. 23, same seven tiles I have presented to other customers who bought the coupons, but they didn't pick any of the seven tiles. I suggested to them that they can provide their own tiles and they will be refunded back $115.50 ($1.50 x 77sqft) the cost of the tiles in the coupon, he agreed to that, and even added his bathroom floor to be tiled for extra fee. He have communicated with me atleast twice since I presented the tiles to him, regarding to his project's starting date, and never once mentioned, or ask me about the accent tiles. Yesterday I received an e-mail from him stating to me that he cancelled his coupon "because something came up" I was in his house on time for the estimate, and I clearly and completely explained everything on the coupon to him as I did with tens of other customers. The coupon clearly stated the tubshower walls and two corner shelves, also 5 different color of 12" x 12" tiles to pick from. Glass tile accent is not included in the deal. I cannot understand why he is doing this, I have always commited to satisfy all my customers.
