Description of Work: He came to our home and reviewed the work to be done and gave us a detailed estimate for the job to be performed. We were very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. There were 2 other companies we were getting estimates from but after comparing all of the estimates we decided to go with the lower estimate. I feel like this company would do an excellent job but we were trying to stretch our budget so we could get a few more improvements done. I would not rule out this company based on our conversations.

Description of Work: Contractor put new screening on large porch, hung two new screen doors. Looks great, very happy with the result.The job was essentially completed in 4 days.

Description of Work: I had two of the three bathrooms in my six year old home upgraded with ceramic tile insulation by Affordable Remodeling Solutions. The owner Jonathan, came by on a week end, took measurements, and give me a quote in writing within three days. Though the cost was a bit pricey, his professional demeanor and approach to tile installation, not to mention a strong endorsement by others on Angie's List, prompted me to sign a contract for service, to on commence on Sept 17th. On that date Jonathan and his assistant Mike were on time and they promptly prepped the house for the job to be done. Mike actually preformed the work, and was completely courtesy and professional while performing the install. He was very happy to accomodate my wife and I in all that we asked of him. The job took a week from start to finish. When he was finished, my wife and I were thrilled by his outstanding workmanship! He cleaned up the job site afterwards, which was a strong plus, and the finished product was done to our specs without waste of resources. The workmanship justified the cost and I plan to utilize this company again in the future. We would strongly recommend Affordable Remodeling Solutions for any of your ceramic installation needs. Description of Work: They performed remodeling and construction services for our kitchen and bathroom.

Description of Work: Two years ago I used Affordable Remodeling Solutions LLC. They built a wall where I had the back deck to enclose it and moved the summer room, increased the size of the deck which is around the pool, made some cabinets in the kitchen, remodeled one of the bathrooms, took off the tub and put in a large shower, replaced the floors with tiles in both bathrooms.

Description of Work: Company hired to gut and redo two bathrooms, (tub, shower, commodes, lighting, fixtures, drywall...complete). Also repaired water damaged floor and joists . Also some kitchen repair done.

Description of Work: A wall and door trim comprising a closet were removed in a small bathroom; the ceiling (popcorn) was replaced with a smooth ceiling, the tile was replaced where the wall was removed; the bathroom wall was repaired where the closet was; then the bathroom was painted (walls and new ceiling); a bathroom cabinet was hung; and some small repairs were made where a previous company had not done a good job when the bathroom was originally remodeled.

Description of Work: We got an estimate from Affordable Remodeling Solutions to finish our stairwell because there was an add-on to our house when we bought it and it was never finished. They would need to do some insulation and do some drywall.

Description of Work: They did a lot of various repairs to my home. They replaced trim and doors. Installed trim around top and bottom of kitchen cabinets. Installed electrical outlets. Installed garage door openers. They also replaced a french door for me.

Description of Work: We had a stainless utility sink & faucet as well as both base and upper cabinets installed in our laundry room. This included plumbing for the sink and electrical outlets.

Description of Work: They installed stairs on my outside porch. He is also going to remodel my kitchen. I have already paid for the cabinets.

Description of Work: Remodeled the main bathroom. Took out the tub and installed a large walk-in shower with added grab bars. Removed old linolium flooring and put down beautiful tile flooring (he found a bargin on the tile). Replaced all the molding and painted the room, replacing all the bathroom fixtures and lights. We also replaced the toliet which he contracted a plummer to do all the necessary pluming work. This was very convient, since I did not have to worry about contacting anyone else.
