Description of Work: Advance Structural Repair repaired my crawlspace from termite damage. Excellent work over 3 days. Professional and they always notified me where severe damage was done. Bit high on price but it passed Town of Cary inspection.

Description of Work: This was the third company we contacted. The first company we called which was on Angie's List came out and wanted to put 14 Helical piers in at $950 per pier to support our brick porch. This company gave us this estimate before the Engineer came out to look at the project. The second company sent an Engineer out who recommended 2 piers to support the porch, but the second company would not do the job unless we agreed to put 4 piers in. We then contacted an Engineer ourselves who came out and wrote a report which indicated only 2 piers were needed. This Engineer also gave us the name of a company which would do the work which was needed. The company was Advanced Structural Repair which followed the Engineers recommendation and did a great job. This is a type of job which should first be evaluated by an Engineer and then the company should do the work the Engineer recommends. The first company did not have an Engineer come out to look at the job but decided on their own to put 12 unneeded piers in the job for over $13,000.00.

+ -1 moreI initially had a licensed structural perform an assessment of my house due to some small cracks appearing in a wall in one location of my house. He prepared an engineering drawing for the proposed repairs, and Advanced Structural Repair was the contractor I used to perform the work. Drew was very knowledgeable of structural repair and was very patient with me while I asked my 20 questions. He and his crew were very professional, prompt, clean and fast. When the construction work was completed, Drew used a laser level to compare the results of the work to the inital assessment of the house. I would highly recommend ASR.
Description of Work: Advanced Structural Repair installed 5 masonry piers under my house in accordance with a structural engineer's drawings.
