OK - work was planned a couple months in advance. When owner needed to delay by 1 day, he emailed me and told me. Outside of the house was washed on the scheduled day. Living social deal was for 3000 sq feet. my house is <2500 sq feet, so really, I think it was fair to expect the small patio would be included.When I asked if they'd come back to finish the patio, they said they'd schedule me in for an extra $125 for my 100 sq ft patio. For that I could rent 3 power washers. Save yourself some frustration and go with a different company.
Description of Work: Average job on the exterior of the house (left some spots unwashed) and didn't wash the small (8x10) patio even though it had been completely cleared off for them to power wash.

This Living Social Deal ONLY included the exterior surface of the house only and it stated that very clearly at the time of purchase. Other areas like a deck, sidewalk, and driveway can be added for an additional cost at the time of service. I spoke with the customer after the power wash by phone and email and there was no mention of ANY missed spots — so that claim is false. The only thing the customer is upset about is his patio which was not covered under the Living Social deal that the customer purchased. Unfortunately, this service is not free as it takes additional time to clean these surfaces. In addition, we were already bending for the customer because he was out of our service area to begin with. It is very unprofessional to give a bad review because the customer did not get the additional service free of charge.
