Excellent. selling house, and warrenty transferable.

It was ok. I am not sure about price, I have not had the work done by anyone else. I do have a peace of mind knowing the house is termite free. I had to reach out to them to schedule the work. I would not use them mainly because of the scheduling agent. They do not seem enthusiastic about the deal or the distance they would have to travel. They could have reached out to me instead of me having to reach out. I would like a written report when they work was completed and that summarized what they did. I did not receive a written document of what they did.

He did a good a job, but the customer service of the manager is not nice. The technician was good, he called and left a message, I called right back and got the manager. The manager was not very professional and she is not very polite her name is Nancy. They are saying I owe $130.00 I don't know where that charge came from. He came out 2 times.

He did the job well and on time.

Certified the house was clean of termites. Offered a yearly contract.

I made several attempts to reach out to them to schedule the appointment. I pre-paid for the service and included the suggested dates and timeframe and never heard from anyone. The ants have all now died, so the window for them to come out and do the service has closed.

I want to be as gracious as possible, yet explain the issues. I believe that Aardvark is a good company, run by good people, and in the end they did a good job. There were several problems that had to do with clear communication both with me and with Angie's List. The issue may have been more the result of the way someone presented Angie's List to the provider than an issue with the provider. I was not involved in that so I can't say for sure. The problem for me came when Angie's List listed this service as termite inspection and treatment for something like $150. I paid that and expected that to be the service provided. When they came they said their agreement with Angie's list was that they'd do an inspection, but not treatment for that price. I had already had an inspection and only needed the treatment. After many e-mails and phone calls they agreed to do the treatment, but it cost me another $125. So, I did not get the service that was listed on Angie's List as what would be provided for the price on Angie's List.. but, I did get the service for a good price. The owner claims that the communication was the result of poor communication on the part of an Angie's List salesperson. Angie's List takes no responsibility and said the owner signed an approval of the ad as it was written. So, you the reader can decide. Just be sure you know what you're paying for and what you're getting when you buy a deal here on Angie's List to make sure you do get what you pay for.

It was great. They were very communicative, very responsive. It worked out just fine. I think our plan is to use them next year.

Matt, our Aardvark service tech, has been very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Based upon our experience with him we would continue to use Aardvark.

They always call to schedule quarterly treatments and they show up on time. The same goes for our yearly termite inspection. We have the same service man each time, which is nice because I don't feel like a stranger is in and around our house every time they show up.

Aardvark Exterminating Co. did a good job but we really wished they had come at the appointed time so that we could have been here. We wanted them to come at a particular time but they came before that time. Their work was good so I would use their services again in the future.

This company was used by the previous owners of my house. Since I was able to continue the yearly maintenance contract, it made sense to stay with Aardvark. Whether I need to speak with someone at the office or with the technicians when they come to inspect the premises, they are all courteous, respectful to me and my property and they maintain a high level of professionalism.

I like my technician Matt. He is a great guy, very prompt, very friendly and I like to talk to him, He is a nice guy. I will continue to use their services in the future if needed.

They are reliable. If there is an infestation in between their quartely visits. I call them, they are they the next day. They use chemicals that do not hurt my pet. They are very nice and they are very reasonable.

They get my address right, other companies I use have treated my neighbor's yard instead of mine because they get the address wrong. They responded fairly quickly to requests for appointments which is great and their prices are competitive. I had initially seen them in the neighborhood and decided to give them a call. They are knowledgeable, professional and do a fine job.

I don't have to be home when they come which is fantastic. They send me cards in the mail to let me know when I need to have the extermination done by, and they are always nice and receptive over the phone. They are also affordable.

I knew I had termites within my walls. Upon contacting them, they were extremely slow to respond. However, since my initial time, they have shown great improvement on their punctuality. For the termite system, it cost $1500. The remaining amount covers the yearly pest control treatment. Prior to coming on a quarterly basis, they will telephone me a few days ahead of time to schedule the service.

The technician was very early (30 minutes) and was investigating the exterior of the house when I arrived. I told him that acrobat ants (not carpenter ants) were the type of pest going into the roof of our house. He said that acrobat ants are not wood-destroying insects and do not cause any damage. He offered to check the attic for signs of active trails and didn't find any. He sprayed the outside of the house with the same chemical used to treat termites and sprinkled ant bait around the trees and railings where the acrobat ants trails could be seen (Advance Granular Carpenter Ant Bait, ttp://www.wmmg.com/pdf/label/AdvCarp_SPEC_v72_WEB.pdf). When asked about effects on pets, he told me that the chemicals and bait would not harm any pets; the warning/use labels for the compounds indicate otherwise). The technician did his job, but was not forthcoming with information and didn't instill confidence in this new homeowner.

I am very happy with the experience. The price was very good compared to others that I checked. The rep was efficient and very capable. I am happy with this company.

THEIR SERVICE IS JUST FINE AND THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY ALWAYS CALL AND SET UP THE APPOINTMENT BEFORE THEY COME OUT TO MAKE SURE THAT WE WILL BE HERE. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE JOB THAT THEY DO.
