+ -1 morePretty rotten overall. This company may have once been a top-notch plumbing service and perhaps can solve simple issues, but weren't able to help us. We are novices to home repair and with a little trial and error (and a little exasperation with this company's inability to do some trial and error), we figured out why we had the leak.
Description of Work: This company was asked to help figure out why our shower was leaking. There were two people (the owner and another staff member) who came out. They were punctual. They had to borrow some of our tools and we ended up suggesting a number of possible approaches to figuring out why we had the leak. Both men seemed to be far beyond their professional peak. We ended up solving the problem ourselves, but had to pay them money for coming out to tell us that they didn't know what the problem was.
