The provider show up in the time they said, and had called about 1/2 hour before arriving as they said. They first asked if any problems had been occurring, then went straight to work on the service call. Mike was professional and friendly. I would recommend them.

Showed up on time, found out all issues and had them all fixed the same day with new parts. Even having them come back next week to move and install a new water heater!

Mike did a great job. He performed the water heater annual maintenance and then replaced a damaged tub drain and a shower diverter with new parts that he already had on the truck. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I was happy with the work when completed. Efficient, friendly, and a reasonable price.

uationFive days ago, I returned home from work to a very large puddle in my garage. Being of limited handyman capapabilities, I assumed that my 20 hot water heater had died. I called three local plumbers, One was too busy to come out. A H Plumbing sent someone out at 8:00 AM the next morning. Mike arrived and began the assessment. It took n time for him to assess the situation -- my hot water heater was operation but the HVAC unit was frozen solid. Mike walked me through the steps of powering down my AC unit until a HVAC contractor could come out. Mike mentioned that there was no immediate need to fix the hot water heater but did mention that at twenty years we should expect a problem in the future (he mentioned next: week, month or year). He then mentioned that he would appreciate the opportunity to replace it when we decided to do so and left. I was completely impressed by his professionalism. He treated me like a family member. Over the weekend, my wife and I decided that we had the funds and to move forward with the repair. A H sent a plumber and apprentice to make the repair. Again, they were skilled, pleasant and efficient. They talked me through a briefing on the new heater. I would call A H Plumbing the next time we need a professional plumber to address an issue in our home.

Everything went great! Michael arrived on time and went right to work. I had used his company before, so we interacted very well. Michael worked very efficiently, and all of the rumbling noises from the heater have disappeared. Michael made a recommendation (without any pressure) for me to consider an overflow cutoff. I'm probably going to go ahead with that soon. It was a true pleasure working with Michael.

They showed up as scheduled and went about looking at what needed to be done. We were told they didn't have the parts for the toilet it was too new. It is 4 years old and American Standard, nothing fancy. They did replace a shower head (I had purchased) and inspected everything, telling us we needed, a new hot water heater, and we needed to replace insides for 2 toilets. We asked for a price estimate and included 2 new toilet seats. After a week of no response of an estimate or time frame for repairs, I phoned and got an apology with an estimate arriving the next day. After seeing their prices (very high) we asked only the one toilet be repaired, due to company coming to stay and the need for it to be repaired quickly. He said he had to order the parts, after a week apparently they hadn't thought to get the part. Ten days later I have had no communications from them and again made contact asking about our repairs. He said the order was stolen from FedX . He apologized for not checking sooner. He asked did I want them to re-order. NO THANK YOU. I can order myself from Lowes and have the parts in 24 hours. Three weeks and we still have a leaky toilet. I would not recommend A H Plumbing. They completely forgot about servicing us. There prices were VERY high, compared to inquiries we made. I guess they really don't need the business, if they forget to check on orders and follow up with customers, customer service is not in their field of experience.

Work was done fast and done very well. repair was quick and the plumber sent out was knowledgeable and friendly. Found the problem quickly and fixed fast. I would use them again.

I purchased the 60$ annual water heater maintenance deal from Angieslist. Mike let me know via text about 30 mins before he came. He flushed the water heater, checked the pressure, check the valves and expansion tank and also checked the anode which was completely dissolved. I already knew that my water heater was bad (rusted on the inside) but Mike also confirmed this. He was nice, pleasant and professional. He also was very thorough in his inspection and writing an accurate description on the invoice so that i could submit this to the warranty company. He also advised me on good water heater brands. Didn't try to push or sell me anything extra, just provided good advice. Id recommend him, thanks Mike!

It went very well. It turned out that AH Plumbing confirmed our initial fears - we needed to replace our water heater! AH showed me where the heater was rotting out. They gave me a quote for a new water heater and installation. They explained the necessary code upgrades that would be required since our house was built in 2005. The installation of the new water heater went well a couple days after the initial tune-up appointment. Happy customer!

Service was quick and professional. They were very cautious about cleanliness and very knowledgeable about both the plumbing and water heater. They saved me from having to purchase a whole water heater. I will definitely use them in the future.

They did a great job. My intention was for them to inspect two toilets that we have that are older and to tune one of them up. He came out with the both of them. He said they were pretty shot and he wouldn't advise even tuning one of them up. He went ahead and measured for the size that I would need. Then I purchased this from another location and called them back. They came back out and installed them. The first trip, they didn't even charge me the $49. They just took it off of my installation for the follow up. There were two people total.
