Description of Work: AH Plumbing came on a water heater flush special deal given through AL. Mike our guy who came out was very professional and punctual. He did a water heater flush and also inspected our plumbing, finding several issues which we knew were such, but were never caught by the home inspectors (one of many things they missed). One thing he didn't do was pressure us or push us to make changes right away. He did recognize our water heater had a thermostat issue (hence why our hot water wasn't consistent) and with the age of ours (over 11 years old) suggested a new unit or a thermostat change to the old one. We updated our unit with a new one and are quite happy with it. We may have him come back and work on one of the other issues but for the time being it is fine. I appreciate transparency and good pricing and we got both. Would highly recommend, especially our plumber from AH, Mike.

Description of Work: They inspected the plumbing throughout the house, flushed the water heater, and increased our water pressure. My wife expressed interest in a water softener or whole house water filter - so they tested our water for hardness. They did not recommend a water softener but provided us with an option to install a whole house water filter. Both men were very professional - I would use then again!

Description of Work: I was very impressed by the punctuality and professionalism shown by the company. They flushed our water heater and performed a full plumbing inspection. The lead plumber on the job was named Mike and he was extremely knowledgable and was very thorough and patient in answering questions we had about our plumbing systems. We would be happy to use them again. Mike should be commended for representing his company so well.

Description of Work: I expected the service to be performed within the window of 8-11 am, but they arrived near 11:00 and were not finished until 12:00 or so, making me miss a friend's birthday luncheon. In all fairness, due to my lack of knowledge about outlet and heater location, this caused a 10-min. or so delay. The guy recommended replacing the thermostat which apparently was indeed the problem as our hot water supply has increased a lot. However, he also told me that I would not be able to charge for our sunroom when selling the house as there were plumbing items concerning it that were not up to code. I did some research and learned that when one inherited a house with work not up to code, that person is not responsible for bringing the work up to code before selling unless he performs a modification himself having to do with the work that is not up to code. I appreciated the fact that the guy was trying to alert me to problems but as he did not know entirely what he was talking about he scared me senseless for nothing.

Description of Work: They did the boughten services but found several things wrong that had to be fixed so it ended up costing me a whole lot more than I bargained for.

Description of Work: Turned out lot more expensive than the initial teaser price offered at Angie's. Also had to call few days later when the water level was not adjusted properly on a toilet. Few weeks later the new valve they installed stopped working, and didn't bother calling them again, and I replaced it myself.

Description of Work: water heater was flushed, plumbing checking in rest of the house, then in Feb a valve stem (not sure of exact wording) was replaced in the kitchen sink and the garbage disposal was checked and unjammed.
