Called 9/26/12 regarding leak under house that I could hear under my hardwood floor in the kitchen. Came out 9/28/12 for assessment. Also told that H20 was acidic (true). I thought that we had agreed that he would return Wed 10/3/12 to fix leak and install PH neutralizer and sediment filter since it would be a two man job. He left estimate (not itemized). He called back and said to turn off H20 if not using it. I contacted him on 10/3/12 to see what time he was going to arrive. He said we agreed to 10/5/12. Not sure if this is correct, but said ok. He arrived on Friday 10/5/12 and did what he said that he would do. Not bad work. Not a consequence of his however, I did have warped area in my floor when hardwood dried out (never saw water). Also could have cleaned up sediment by chlorinating the well and flushing pipes. Still have to do this. However, sediment filter is a nice touch. Up to this point I would not drink my well water at home due to sediment. Had to still ask for itemized receipt. Overall A quality work but breakdown of financial details needs to be up front (parts, labor, etc).

Michael did a good job in looking at all the plumbing in my condo, and helping me evaluate the cost/benefit of a couple of different repair options. Michael and his assistant also agreed to come out and do the work 2 days later - on a Saturday - at no extra charge. His service and professionalism were excellent. I am confident that my home's overall plumbing is fixed, and the water heater setup is much better than what was originally installed by the builder 7 years ago. As my home uses an Apollo system, where the heat from the water heater also heats my home, having the water heater working effectively is very important. I will call Michael for any plumbing issues in the future.

It was a good experience. Part of the goal for this appointment was to establish a relationship with a plumbing company to handle future plumbing needs so this was sort of a trial run. I had a very positive experience.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided by Michael Price and A H Plumbing. Michael spent one hour flushing out the hot water tank, checking our plumbing for leaks, making suggestions and installing the new full port relief valve. I found Michael very polite and efficient.

Mike was great. He was on-time, very friendly and very good. He took the time to look at everything in the house and did not try to sell me on any unnecessary services. He answered my questions about not only what he was doing, but other plumbing-related questions as well. If I have any plumbing needs I will call Mike without hesitation.

I used a big deal coupon for this project. First they gave me an estimate and then they added some more charges to the estimate, including a transportation fee: this disappointed me. However, they did give me a one-year warranty so I am waiting to see if anything happens. They called me just before our appointment and told me they were going to be one-half hour late; which was okay.

Very pleased with overall performance of A.H, Plumbing. I received a 12 month warranty on labor ( I supplied the Thermal Expansion Tank.

Plumber was prompt, professional, and pleasant. He seemed knowledgeable and was willing to repair the seal that didn't work the first time. The "B" for quality is for having to redo the toilet seal. Everything else was good.

We were having problems with our water pressure. Over time it was getting worse and worse until it was just a trickle out of some faucets. He checked inside and couldn't find an issue, went under the house and found that the thing that regulates the water pressure was clogged/not working. He replaced it and everything has been fine since. However, we do have poly-butylene pipes so he told us increased pressure could be a real concern. We asked him what we should do, his reply was "pray". Hmm, not very reassuring. He still had time left so he checked our hot water heater. It needed to be flushed but there wasn't time to do it that day. We scheduled him to come back for that. He also found what appeared to be a small leak above the hot water heater but couldn't find where that was coming from. When he came back a week later to do the hot water heater the small leak wasn't there any more. He told us to keep an eye on it. We were happy with the service. When we need a plumber again we will call him again.

AH Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure to work with and his pricing was very fair. He is such a gentleman and took the time to show me all of his work and explain everything to me. I have never been more pleased with someone who has provided service.

Scheduling was a snap, very responsive. No upsell or "the coupon doesnt cover this" nonsense. Explained everything in clear detail, worked extremely quickly, and even offered to do any additional needs around the house. Very professional company, will use again for any plumbing related needs.

Mr. Price is professional and trustworthy, experienced and personable. I have used him three times within the last month. The first service was a coupon deal with Anglie's List. He fixed a leaking pipe beneath a sink, and unclogged another sink. I asked for an estimate to replace my water heater (which was 12 years old and unfortunately precariously placed in the attic). I wanted a tankless water heater relocated in my garage. He and his crew came on a Saturday and worked all day on the job. I have been very pleased with the result. Mr. Price returned once more and replaced my garbage disposal for a good price. I will be using Mr. Price for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I was so happy with this company. It turns out the fix that I originally purchased the deal for was a very simple fix. They offered to fix my second toilet since the first project was so easy. I could not be happier with their service. They were very professional and courteous.

The company came to my home and then told me they could not honor the deal.

I was extremely pleased the leak is fixed and the water temperature is adjusted properly. I definitely plan on using his company in the future for all my plumbing needs!

The three drains Mr. Price cleared are now draining well. He also showed took care of a couple of small faucet issues. He was careful in his work and also very helpful in answering a couple of other questions we have. We will call him again when we have plumbing needs.

We had bought a new faucet for the master bath and needed it installed. In the meantime, a commode in the guest bath needed an inspection, as well. Michael Price and his assistant made quick work of the faucet installation, and in doing that discovered a leak in the pipe underneath the bathroom sink. That was repaired in good time. Michael inspected the commode in the guest bath and found a leak. It was not fixable at the time, would require other repairs to the area. Michael strongly suggested we stop using that commode, and referred us to others who could do the bigger job. During the inspection, I pointed out a problem with the commode in the half-bath (had to hold the handle till the bowl was empty), and he fixed that in about 90 seconds. Finally, because our main shut-off was completely inoperable, Michael removed it and installed a new one. I am very, very pleased with the service. Michael Price was very knowledgeable and gave us a fair price for the work performed. In addition, he is quite personable and seemed genuinely concerned that things were or were not working as they should be. Regarding the commode in the guest bath, he reiterated several times that it should not be used. I will most certainly call Michael again with any plumbing issues. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Overall, the experience was excellent, Mike was punctual and solved my problems quickly and inexpensively. I told him I would definitely use him for future plumbing problems that arise in my future, hopefully not anytime soon.

My drains run great. Michael is a very nice, intelligent, and competent plumber, and I'm totally happy with the price and the results. I now have a "go to" plumber, when I next need that type of service.

Worked on a Saturday to meet my deadline.

Michael Price responded promptly after I registered for the Angie's plumbing special. A pipe behind my toilet had been leaking and the pipes looked original to my 1960's house, so I was afraid to do much work myself. Michael showed up with his helper, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. YAY!! I also talked with Michael about other plumbing work I need done and he explained what some of the problems I have are due to. I will definitely call Michael in the future for an estimate for work and hopefully get more work done.

I bought a coupon from them on Angie's List which I thought was a good deal for something I had been putting off for several months. Initially they sent someone who told me it was going to cost $260 not including the $60 coupon for one hour of labor...so $320 total incl. coupon which I had already paid for. I felt like I had no choice since I already spent $60 so might as well just grin and bear it. He also told me it could take 2+ hours of work. On top of all this, he was not able to do it at that time because he didn't have the right drill. So we scheduled another time so they would have the proper equipment. Needless to say, I was unimpressed with this first visit. A few days later two new guys, Michael & Junior, arrived to complete the work. I was still not feeling right about spending $320 for something I felt was pretty straightforward. They ended up finishing in a little under an hour which is what I thought it would take before the first guy told me it would take a long time. Then Michael and I spoke; I told him that I felt like it was unfair how much I was being charged and I hated agreeing to a price and then changing it on him. Surprisingly, he was very understanding and asked ME what I thought was fair. I told him that since they took almost an hour and that there was two of them, I felt like paying 1 hour of labor + materials was fair so I suggested $140 not including coupon so $200 total. He accepted and I felt MUCH more comfortable with our transaction. Earlier I had mentioned that I did not have a job. So after signing some papers and giving him a check, he offered to forward my resume to a friend of his who worked in the same field as myself. I was surprised AGAIN. His business card says "budget friendly." That is a good way to describe him. Nice to your budget and nice to you.

I called AH Plumbing after hours about a leak at my tub. He offered to come out at 7AM the next day. He arrived on time and was able to stop the leak easily. We are doing a bathroom renovation and when we tried to remove the tub we were unable to find the shut off and we sprung a leak. He was able to fix it in no time and helped me clean up the water. Mike was very knowledgeable and proffessional. I was so impressed I asked him to price out the rest of the plumbing for my renovation. I plan to use him again.
