Michael Price is very personable & professional. I was under the impression that he would be doing the work himself. It turned out that an associate plumber came to assist which was disconcerting since I had understood otherwise. The toilets seem to be working fine with no leaking between flushes.

This is the third time we've had AH Plumbing do work for us, in 3 months! We found him on an Angies list deal. He fixed our shower, adjusted the toilets, checked the hose to the washing machine. We liked him so much we had him replace our water heater and then this last job replacing our bathroom sinks. This last job was urgent, one of the sinks started leaking. He came out within 24 hours, and we decided to just have all the sinks replaced. Michael is just great! He's easy to have around. My husband and I are both sensitive to having people in our house, but Michael is respectful and careful in his work. I also think his prices are reasonable. Don't hesitate, this is a really good plumber. And very nice person. :-)

Bought an Angie's list coupon for service call +1hr. Scheduling was relatively easy. They called ahead and arrived right on time. Professional service and they were very helpful. Completed all requested work in timely manner. Paid only for extra time spent on additional projects requested. They also left me a quote for the work I did not have correct parts to complete. Overall, very satisfied. I have no complaints.

When they arrived, I explained the problem. They said that in order to completely solve the problem they would need to replace both faucets, as parts for mine were hard to come by unless they had old parts they could take from to repair mine. I decided to replace them. There were two men, and one stayed outside as the other went under the house to cut the pipe and replace the old line and faucet with a new one. They worked very digilently and had both new faucets in place in about 40 minutes total. Both workmen were very cordial and knew exactly what they were doing. I asked many questions, just for my own knowledge and they were happy to explain the work. I paid, in total with the coupon, 130.00. I think this was a very fair price, given the crawling in the crawl space, parts, and labor.

Great company that does top notch work!! I hired them to take care of all of my plumbing needs for my master bath renovation. They worked with me during my many changes and offered ideas for things I didn't think about. They installed a new shower, shower liner, toilet, faucets and my new claw foot tub. They did an amazing job and I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They made sure I was 100% satisfied and happy with the finished product. I would recommend for any size job

I am normally not loyal to service companies, but I have to say that the service I received from A H Plumbing today has made me a loyal customer and I will be a repeat customer. I purchased Angie's Big deal for maintenance on two toilets. When Michael got here I asked him if he could also take a look at a slow draining sink in my bathroom. He worked on my toilets. One of them needed some additional repair beyond what was in the Big Deal, but it seemed reasonable so I gave him the go ahead for the additional cost. All of the toilet repairs and the drain repair went fine. Here's what he did, however, that has guaranteed that I will be a repeat customer. While he was repairing my toilet, he accidentally cracked the tank slightly. He immediately came out and told me about it and also told me that he was going to go get me a new toilet at no cost to me. The honesty and personal responsibility that he demonstrated was remarkable. In my experience, people try to hide when they make a mistake. He was incredibly forthright and he fixed the problem without hesitation. And then he did more. The toilet he chose as the replacement is a water efficient model that will get me the $100 rebate on my water bill from the City of Durham. He made sure to tell me about the rebate and also sent me the link with the forms for the rebate. Michael provides incredible service and I will be using him whenever I need plumbing services in the future. What a standup guy!! As other people mentioned, he also gave me recommendations on other things I should do in my house but there was no pressure AT ALL behind the recommendations. He was just trying to be helpful. He recommended I start saving for a new water heather. My water heater is about 14 years old, so it's time may be limited. However, he told me he didn't see any obvious problems today and that I should just prepare for the cost which is coming sooner rather than later.

I purchased the Big Deal for a whole house plumbing inspection. All the plumbing was fine except for a leaking toilet. Michael recommended a new toilet for which I could receive a $100 rebate from the Town of Cary. He came back 2 days later and installed the new toilet. Michael was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself.

Michael was called to service a faulty outdoor faucet that was discovered while other work was being done on my foundation. I called left a message and he returned the call within the hour. An appointment was made, he assesed the problem, gave me a price and the work was done the same day. No complaints what so ever.

Overall I recommend AH plumbing and call them for any future work.

Called A.H. Plumbing because we had just moved into our new home and thought we might have a leak. Michael arrived on time and took the time to walk me through everything. Turns out it was just the pipes in the wall. He took extra time to show me where the best main shutoff for the house would be and to check the water pressure for the house. Turns out the water pressure was over 100 psi, he let me know that this was quite high and he made a few recommendations. Ended up having him install a pressure reducing valve and he was able to do it right there. He then went and double checked all the faucets in the house to make sure everything was working well. I would definately hire them again.

The water heater was in the garage, so they attached a hose to the drain spigot, shut off the water heater, turned some valves, and let it go. It took them a couple of hours. There was a lot of rust in the unit which showed up in a towel they had placed at the end of the hose. While the drain process was going on, they went around the house and checked all the plumbing fixtures, obviously looking for problems that would bring in more revenue. They pointed out several things that I consider minor, e.g. replacing the main shutoff valve in the house with a newer model. I didn't bite on any of their suggestions. They also quoted a price for a tankless water heater. After the drain process was complete, they turned on the heater, then turned on the kitchen faucet hot water valve and waited for a few minutes as the air in the heater and water line vented (more accurately, spit) into the sink. Other hot water taps in the house were opened (by me) with similar, but shorter duration, results. I haven't heard any banging noises in the water heater since the service, so I am satisfied.

Started early after calling to get OK for early start. Performed work quickly, and without disturbing me while working from home. Explained the procedure clearly, and offered option of what to set the pressure to.

Michael was very professional and did a very good job. In draining the gas water heater he showed me the residue coming from the hose upon draining. He told me what he was doing and why each step was necessary. After completion he provided me with his card and said I would get a reminder email when the next service was due, without obligation.

The appointment was quickly made and he arrived on time. The job was simple and he handled it without problems.

Mike and his assistant is an outstanding gentleman. They both did an outstanding job. I was impressed that he gave me a good feedback about this home that I recently purchased. I am going to be purchasing a Castus hot water heater that they are going to install in January. I was totally impressed. They are outstanding as advertised in Angie’s List. He will always get my business going forward as long as I needed.

Michael knew his business well. He explained everything to me, and presented all of my options. I am planning on using his services in the future, and I am saving up for the water filtration system that we talked about installing. I certainly got my moneys worth, and it couldn't have come at a better time. Thanks again!

Very professional workers but had to call them to come back for continued leak in toilet which is now repaired.

A. H. Plumbing were professional. They explained all the options to me and made some recommendations. They told me some things I didn't know about my home. It was definitely a good service.

Everything went well. Michael arrived when he said he would and went right to work. Both the water heater draining and whole house plumbing inspection were successfully completed in about two hours. There were several plumbing issues that Michael suggested I have resolved. He provided estimates for these, but did not pressure me to have these issues fixed. I'm still thinking about whether or not to have them fixed (none were critical, by the way). I also asked Michael to provide an estimate for an unrelated plumbing enhancement. He responded within three working days.

As we knew we had a leak in our toilet I picked up a BIG Deal coupon for AH Plumbing Services. Due to the nature of repair necessary we needed flexibility and Mike form AH Plumbing was very accommodating. We had one date scheduled and do to not other necessary repairs completed yet we had to reschedule. Mike was very flexible and just told us to call when we were the other portion of the repairs was complete. We finally were able to get a repair date set with Mike and he was prompt on follow up calls and his arrival time. Completion went smoothly and the job was completed in a timely and very professional manner. Mike even went as far as to make a few suggestions that we will implement for the future. We would not hesitate to use AH Plumbing for any services in the future and highly recommend them to anyone require their services.

Michael (the owner) is very personable and was able to describe any areas to watch or that may be a problem to address. He was also considerate of families and dealing with budgets and I would recommend him to anyone wating a quality plumber is is not out to flush your money away.

The 2 men were punctual, friendly, helpful, efficient, and knew the business well...spent a lot of their own time checking out a lot of things.
