Mike was polite, professional. One my toilet is very bad; Mike insert a new (I don't know about "gadget") in my toilet.

He was arrived when he said he would, was very thorough and professional. This is the third or fourth time I've used AH Plumbing and would definitely call on him again

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for A. H. Plumbing. They did a wonderful job. They looked at some other stuff and gave us other information. This is the disagreement I had with the plumber: At the time, we had not moved into this house and when he said it would be $500 dollars, I ended up paying $500. It was a lot more work than I originally expected but he had some things to help me. He did clean up after the job.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for A. H. Plumbing. The service was really good. He was just straight up honest. He told me the price right out before he even started.

They did a really good job and they cleaned everything up. They didn't break anything, which is a miracle. He looked around to see if there were other things and made a list of other things that I can have done in the future and the prices of those. He does do a fixed price bid so you don't pay extra if they start doing the project and run into something more complicated so that's good. He was there when he said he was going to be there. He was nice and he knew what he was doing. I am going to use him every year for the hot water heater flush.

Really liked this person and would use him again. Showed up as scheduled and had a positive experience.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. Everything was satisfactory.

Work done was fine. Told me that other services were needed - new flush valves for two toilets, and new tank bolts for one other toilet. Quoted a ridiculous price of $335 for this work. And he was already here - now special trip out to do this. I told him the price was outrageous. Offered him $100 to do the work. He left. I bought the parts for $24 and did the work myself in one hour, fifteen minutes. I am convinced the deal to have the water heater flushed is merely a way to get into the house so they can tell you other services are needed, and then try to rip you off. Sad.

They quickly responded to our request, scheduled a visit on the same day and fixed the problem correctly. I would recommend them to others and use them again.

Showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful. He even went and gave me the information I would need to submit the work to city hall for a permit. He determined that we would need to lay all new pipes and looked at possible routes. We ended up going with a cheaper option. I hope it works. I would definitely use AH plumbing for future needs.

It wasn’t too good. I bought the deal thing to have my kitchen faucet checked out because sometimes it was leaking. When they came in it wasn’t leaking at that time but their diagnosis was probably the faucet itself. When it started leaking again, I took a look at it and it was actually the connector that connects to the faucet. When I replaced that it stopped leaking. They were prompt and they came in on time when we scheduled the appointment. The only thing I didn’t like was the wrong diagnosis. I felt like they were time pressured or something so they came in and got out as fast as possible.

Came to evaluate the water heater and then told a new rod would help prolong life of water heater. Also suggested replace the drain with flood safe switch. Given the age and the expense of the switch and the drain we opted just to to do the rod.

The quality of the work itself and ease of scheduling were all very good. Since this was the company and my first experience with the "Big Deal" services offered through Angie's List, we unfortunately had different understandings of what was included in the Big Deal cost vs. what would be additional. After discussing these issues in more detail, however, the company did not want me to be left with a negative impression and refunded my money. This was unexpected but very generous considering that the mis-communications were probably on both ends. A friend of mine went on to hire them for other work and had a very positive experience with no issues.

They were friendly, listened, and did the job. I thought the total price was higher than expected.

Provider arrived on time and within the service window. I had purchased the big deal to leak test all toilets and replace the float in one toilet. The leak tests and float replacement were done as expect. The plumber was courteous, professional, and offered additional advice on plumbing maintenance throughout the service. I did have a leaky faucet and the plumber had the parts to fix this for $89 while he was there. He had to replace part of the faucet underneath each handle to fix the problem. He also completed this well and to my satisfaction. I thought the price was a little high for this given the parts were about $30 on-line and so the labor (of ~15 min for this alone) was $59. In the end, great service, very professional, would recommend them without reservation.

It was a good experience. He just did his job and he was very polite and professional. He was expensive. I would use them again if needed.

The technician was excellent, repaired the first faucet quickly and replaced the other broken one with a high-quality faucet in a short period of time. Also took the time to talk about our concern for water spots on the ceiling. The downside was that I waited for the tech to get there, never came, and I had to call to see what was going on. Te office said they had never written down my number or address, which was odd. At least they made it out later that day.

Arrived in a timely manner, was very professional, cleaned up when job was complete and charges were fair and reasonable.

Michael was very responsive even though his schedule was overloaded from a recent BIG Deal promotion. He arrive on time and performed the requested work. He also pointed out areas for possibly upgrades to eliminate the potential for future water leaks. We would use AH Plumbing again in the future for any plumbings needs we may have.

We set up the appointment for a time convenient to me and he showed up promptly. I explained my "leak" and how the handle on the toilet sometimes needed to be "jiggled". He went in, checked it all out, and then came out and gave me 2 choices of how to fix my issues. Very clear cut and precise. He also checked out the other 2 toilets in house, and said they were fine. I agreed to one of the options and he and his assistant went right to work. Done within half hour. And the cleaner they used to clean up after themselves smells so good, too! Will def. call them if I need assistance down the road.

Flushed the water heater. Was surprised to find so much red mud in it! Checked all plumbing in house for leaks, and all toilets for leaks. Was very pleasant to work with. Replaced the shut-off valve on the water heater. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Was very pleased!!

Mike was very friendly, precise, and professional. Went over in detail ebverything he did, explained why, and told us what the cost would be BEFORE we made decision. Offered suggestions about things, but was never pushy.

Purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" for a $50 toilet tune-up, to check all toilets in house for leaks, proper functioning, adjustments. This coupon was a great deal - I previously had an issue with a toilet but somehow it magically fixed itself before the plumber came. Does not have a leak, so that's good. AH Plumbing was VERY responsive - emailed me within 15 minutes of me purchasing "Big Deal" coupon. Arrived on time, called while on the way. Spent a good amount of time to ensure problems were solved. Did recommend a new inside mechanism ($125) for my oldest toilet. This had been previously replaced, but they just don't last as long as one would think they should. That price was reasonable, but seemed like a bit much in addition to what I spent on the other coupon. A.H. Plumbing did spend a thorough amount of time with me talking about other plumbing suggestions. I described past issues with water problems, (leaks, prior disasters)...and did a check to be sure I had the right kind of water turn off valve, connections to washer, etc. They were very interested in my issue with not getting fast hot water from my tankless hot water heater to kitchen sink. Crawled all the way under my house to follow the existing line and provided options for how to improve the situation. I was very pleased with the recommendations, and had the same company install a dedicated line from my tankless heater, directly to the kitchen sink. $185 was very reasonable for this work (plus removing an obsolete expansion tank under the house that I no longer needed -- nasty, rusting with stagnat water). This has been a great improvement and well worth the cost. Thank you, AH Plumbing!
