The gentlemen arrived on time, courteous, went right to work, cleaned up afterwords.

Michael Price is an awesome employee-professional, prompt, courteous, lets you know the status of the work.

Two people called about half an hour before arriving, arrived on time, performed their work and cleaned up. They pointed out the need to replace washer hoses and provided hints to minimize future water damage. They were professional with no pressure to buy additional services.

They were very professional and courteous. However, their estimate for further repairs were overpriced.

The entire enterprize went very well. They arrived on time, checked the status of our old heater, gave me the complete cost of meeting the new codes and completed the job in a timely manner, I offered to pay the additional cost for the upgrades needed to meet code but was told that they would bill me later. They wanted to make certain that I was pleased with the job and the heater was working properly. I am very pleased with this company.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good; everything was fine. We used them a very short period of time after we called them.

Michael Price was awesome! Professional, courteous, even called to let me know he was going to be a little late due to traffic.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and it worked out fine. He tested the water, looked for leaks in the toilets and looked at the age of the water heater. He was able to tell me an approximate length of time that the water heater average lasts and then he also gave me some recommendations for the future. He didn't pressure me do anything but only gave me the average amount of time the water heater would last. He found some problems with the toilet connections and gave me estimates for those things if I wanted to repair them.

They are great. They did what I asked them to and then went through my entire plumbing system and found a couple things that could be better and made them better. He got the plumbing inspection and a hot water heater flush done professionally and cleanly and he got all his own equipment, I didn't have to provide him with a hose or anything. He was very polite, he told me what he was doing and I asked him a couple questions about things all the way around and he fixed everything I asked him to fix. I paid him another $200 and it was fair. He provided some fixtures and installed them, he got under my house and adjusted the water pressure and he told me what he was doing along the way and that's what I like. There were some other things that he said he could do but He recommended that I put a wait on those So he didn't try to gauge me on anything. it was completed within a week and he was very good about showing up on time and everything. his name was Mike and he was just great.

I used it shortly after I made the purchase. He was very good and very thorough. He did not rush; he took his time and explained everything. He explained some things to me. I did not know that there was that much to plumbing. He was very educational and he did not try to sell me a bunch of stuff. I would use him again.

It went very well with A. H. Plumbing. Everything went as expected.

The service provider, Mr. Price was very professional. He returned my phone calls and we were able to make an appointment right away. He was not only courteous, but also very knowledgable about the service. He was well informed and gave suggestions and was very pleasant. I would indeed recommend this company again. They were superb!

Was very nice and prompt. I liked the fact that he was not a pushy sales man. At times with these types of sercices some of them can be quit agressive and pushy.

They were professional and courteous. One person worked on the tank and checked the outside faucets and the other checked all the plumbing in the house and then sat down with me to go over recommendations. I chose to purchase a drain for the tank that is larger and the cost was $99.

They were very cooperative, they came in, they did their job and they cleaned up and left. They were fine. I kind of regret that I didn't ask them few questions while they were here. They flushed the water heater and I paid them almost 60 bucks. The were both very friendly, very confident and very good at their job. They kind of screwed up because they were running late the first time they were supposed to be here and so we rescheduled and they came out the second time they said they will be here. As far as price goes I'm sure it's reasonable. They were heavily booked because it's such a good deal evidently and it took them three weeks to get out here. There was nothing wrong with my water heater but they came here and said you've got condensation and some collection of hard water deposit and they rinsed them out.

It went pretty good. The technician did the work that I purchased and recommended several repair options with price, which is a good learning experience to me. I picked the replacement of anode rod for 140 dollar. I hope this is a fair price for both labor and parts. They also told me that my water pressure was too high (around 100), which is probably because the regulator valve is bad. I did not pick this because the price seems pretty high. I was guessing I can just live with it. But it turns out that I could not. I went to lowes and bought a 10 dollar water pressure meter. I tried the garden hose and another one for washer. Both gave me a reading around 60 psi after 10 minutes at several time points (early morning, night etc). They came back and took a measure again. It turned out that I have to turn the faucet all the way to the end: where my gauge showed 82 psi; the measurement did appear smaller before we reached the maximum. Then we took another measure with their own gauge. It did show 100 psi. I guess I need a third gauge to figure this out.

It turned out very well. I like the price and punctuality, they're very neat about the clean up. I can't say enough about Michael, he was the guy that came out. I called a couple other places but I came back to him. He explained everything he was doing. He's very professional. I would give him a star, cause when he was here he took care of what I needed. When he was here for the big deal, he didn't push anything on me. He made suggestion on questions I was asking him.

Michael was very professional. He arrived when he said he would, explained to me in detail the work that needed to be done (including photographs from under the house so I could see the conditions he was describing), and finished the job very promptly, including disposing of the old, rusted out water heater. He was very responsive via email and provided me the specifications and other information on the new water heater he propose to use so I could compare it to other models. I was very pleased with his services and would not hesitate to use him again.

They did a bunch of work and I got a much larger bill than what I had anticipated. The big deal was for $50 and when they were done, the final bill was about $250 to $300. They weren’t cheap and I would not sue them again. I was not sure if I got a deal or not. I even had parts that I had purchased so the price really caught me off guard.

He is a good guy and he did a great job. I bought their Big Deal but I paid for some more extra services.

I contacted the provider on July 29, 2013 and left a message for him to contact me. I received a return call from Michael Price and we discussed my water problems. An appointment was scheduled for August 1, 2013 and Mr. Price said he would arrive between the hours of 2:00 and 5:00. I was home at the scheduled time but Mr. Price never showed up, nor did he call. I was hesitant to post this comment because there are are so many positive comments about the provider's service. However, after thinking more about it I realized that I needed to come forward with my comments because this was my experience with the provider. I was actually hoping I would have received a phone call because Mr. Price is apparently a good plumber, but after not hearing anything from him I will look for someone else. There are always unforeseen circumstances in life but I think the least a service provider can do is call the customer to make them aware of problems with keeping an appointment.
