I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. We had a little trouble getting together on schedules so the service was not performed until a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. I had some additional work done so there was an extra charge. They were very professional.

I really appreciate this plumber's honesty and helpfulness. I was trying to replace the fixtures in our bathroom shower/tub combo. I realized that our house was older and was told by another plumber that what I wanted to do would require cutting into the wall, replacing the valve set, etc., which would have been an expensive (and messy) solution. When I called AH Plumbing and explained what I wanted to do, he told me of a much easier solution that would still accomplish what I wanted to do. By giving me this honest suggestion, he saved me several hundred dollars (although he could have not shared this solution with me and potentially gotten a bigger job). I am not used to this approach -- it seems people are always trying to talk you into doing more and not less! I really appreciated his suggestion and honesty, as well as his good work. I will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!!

The job went very well and other issues were identified that I will address later.

It's simple -- AH Plumbing was professional in every manner. They returned telephone calls, showed up on time, did what they said they would do, cleaned up after their work, did good work, and offered a fair price. I would definitely use them again. They have been the best contractor I have found on Angie's List.

I highly recommend A H Plumbing. They always showed up on time, and called beforehand to confirm. There was no sales pressure and the prices seemed reasonable. We were supplied with several different options and explained the benefits of each. We have been very happy with our plumbing since the work.

Found this provider on Angie's List and had a look at their website before calling. Both stated that our county was in their service area. When I called, the lady I spoke with said that as my service request was somewhat specific it would be better to talk directly to a technician. She took my details and said she'd have someone call me back. A few minutes later she left a message that they did not service our area. If this company does not cover all cities in a county then they should not list the county as a service area, they should list specific cities, etc. and not waste people's time.

Excellent job. Very neat, even took off his boots. Made good suggestions and provided 3 ways to solve the problem and all with a fair price.

My house is 46 years old. The toilet in the guest bathroom was running and causing too high water bills. This has been a periodic on-going problem for the past 3 years. Mike was on time and was pleasant and courteous, patient in answering my many questions and even laughed at a some of my corniness. I've been interested in updating one bathroom and replacing the toilet in the other bathroom. Mike was very helpful and gave me some tips and ideas about updating. I've scheduled to have a new toilet put in the guest bathroom next week and plan to use A H Plumbing again when ready to update the other bathroom. I am newbie to Angie's List and this the my first time using it. It was a good experience from start to finish.

A H Plumbing was fine. It's been awhile, I don't remember too much. Our cut-off valve is under the crawl space in the front of the house, you have to go in the crawl space and then to the front of the house from the back to get to it. You're supposed to have a cut-off valve in the house and they were talking of putting it under the sink. They gave me 2 suggestions and I thought that in the sink. Since they've been here, we have renovated most all of the house and we have a cut-off valve right now, is just roughed in the broom closet in the kitchen. As far as I'm concerned, I will go back to them. They came out but it was a week before they can come out.

They were excellent. I like them and I have recommended them to others. They were professional, clean, respectful, courteous, and prompt. They were running a little late but, they called before hand to let me know.

Mike and his team showed up on time and were very professional. They showed me where the water cut off was (I didn't know previously) and provided me with options for addressing my aging water heater. The fixed a couple of toilet flappers as well. I felt he was knowledgeable and helpful and he did not pressure me at all into buying additional work. He provided estimates, and so I can choose to do whatever I'd like.

The service was fine. However, they did try to up-sell me on a few things. There was an unsolicited attempt to sell me products I was not interested in and I felt a bit uncomfortable.

It took several trys to come up with a mutual day to perform the service - but - worth the wait. I used Michael's special $50 big deal offer. If I need a plumber again I will definitely use Michael - I now have a "go to plumber" added to my growing list of essential workmen needed to keep a house together.

As usual, he arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgable, did the work efficiently, and was very pleasant. He had previously come to repair a leak in an upstairs shower; had to come back 2 more times as the first fix did not work. AH Plumbing is the best that we have ever used. We highly recommend them.

Michael came out and inspected all the toilets. He did the tune-up service for all of them. He found that some of the seals in the tanks were old and worn, so he also replaced those while he was here. For a few days after our service we did notice a musty smell in one of the bathrooms. We gave all the surfaces a thorough cleaning, and drained the toilet tank, cleaned it, and refilled it again. After that the smell went away. Overall we were pretty happy with the service and would use A.H. Plumbing again.

I was very satisfied. I didn't have any problems and I thought the deal was very good. They were on time and very professional. I was happy. I would use them again.

It was fine. They came out shortly after we purchased the big deal. There were additional charges but that was at my request. It was my first time using them. It was good that they presented different alternatives at different costs. I would use them in the future

Prompt communication to established appointment and answered questions via email. Appointment arranged quickly. Courtesy call received 15 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time. Very professional and thorough in evaluation. Mike provided recommendations and options to complete work and answered my questions so I could understand the problems. He and his co-worker were efficient with repairs and careful to keep the floors and surrounding areas clean. I would definitely use the company again and have already given the name to one of my friends.
