Great experience. They were courteous, prompt, and did the job right in about an hour. It was a nasty installation, under the house, in a muddy area where the old water heater had leaked. They cleaned up and hauled away the old heater--all at what I thought was a very reasonable price and exactly what they had quoted before they started. Highly recommend.

This is the third time I've used AH Plumbing and I'd use them for any future plumbing needs. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and prompt. Their pricing is fair and they're trustworthy. Honestly, they're everything I would want in someone servicing my home. I've used them for: - Repairing a pipe that burst behind a wall in my home - Moving and re-working piping for a water filtration system - Repairing an exposed pipe that burst in my laundry room They did an A+ job on all of these! Highly recommended!

If I could give an A+, I would. Honest, reliable, competent, courteous, responsive: this company represents everything you need in a plumber. If something can be fixed very cheaply, he will say so. For the last call he checked to make sure I and a neighbor had the type of valves needed. He is trustworthy, always does a great job, shows up when he says he will show up, and charges very reasonable rates. He always responds to my emails and phone calls rapidly.

Went very well. They're very professional, good conversational skills, and very knowledgeable. This is my third time using them and I don't regret it.

This is the second time we have used A H plumbing. The first time was great, the second time was somehow even better! We used them back in October to install a gas line for a gas stove and they did a fabulous job. The price was very reasonable and they were respectful of our home while working. This time we called them with a leaking water heater. Mike was at our house just a few hours after we called him, gave us our options for what we could do, and was installing a new water heater 30 minutes later. I was amazed! Mike's ability to come out to our house and replace the water heater the same day was extremely appreciated! They were even here through their dinner hour until 9PM installing our water heater. Mike made sure everything was working properly before he left, and again was respectful of our home by leaving it in better condition than when he arrived. We LOVE A H Plumbing and will always call them when we have a plumbing need!

Mike came out previously to clean out the hot water tank and found our tank to be 15 years old. He recommended replacing the tank and we were ok with that. A week later, the plumber Mike with a fellow co-worker showed up to install the new hot water tank. He also redid the hookups and pipes for my garbage disposal replacement I had done where the pipes under the kitchen sink were not quite in the right location. He did not charge me for doing the pipes under the sink (did not have to replace them...just move them around). The work was done as promised for the hot water tank except they left a hole in the inside wall in the garage that must have been from the previous vent for the hot water tank when they replaced the old vent with the new vent that was smaller. Of course that is what the co-worker told me. Maybe they made the hole. They did haul away the old hot water tank and was nice enough to haul away the old garbage disposal I had when I asked them. I had signed the paperwork saying I was satisfied with the work, but did not see the hole (bigger than fist size hole) near the vent until I had started cleaning up some of the mess left around the tank. I had not paid the bill as of yet that day due to the hole in the wall and that the installation was not completed to my satisfaction. He seemed in a hurry to get the money and was more concerned about getting the money than making sure I was happy. When I spoke with Mike, he tried to tell me that it was a warranty issue now since I had signed saying I was satisfied with their installation. I tried to explain to him why it was an installation issue not a warranty issue as the tank itself did not cause the hole after installation had been completed. It took several minutes of arguing before he finally decided to send his co-worker back out that night to install a sheet metal square plate around the vent to hide the hole. He insisted on my paying him that night right aways over the phone and it could not wait till morning...I just felt not honored as a customer!!! The work was done well...but I get the feeling that Mike (who appears to be the owner) is a little bit untrustworthy. The job was done well...but the customer service seemed to be lacking when the hole in the wall was obviously an installation issue not a warranty issue. My question is...why didn't his co-worker say anything about the hole in the wall??!!!?? What else are they hiding? Just not good customer service! I will not use them again even though the hot water tank was installed and it is April now (four months later) and I have not had any issues so far. The price was far too high. Lessoned learned...I will make sure to get a second or third quote before having stuff installed. The price was probably about $1000 more than it should have been. I am going to write a letter to the business and ask for an explanation for such a high cost due to everyone else having a much lower cost. I did get the extra probe in the tank for the 10 year warranty from the manufacturer. I am hoping for a refund of some of the money (hopefully at least $800). I am not holding my breath considering the customer service of the company. I had picked them due to what Angie's List had for reviews and the business appeared to be trustworthy and did good work. Guess I need to be more careful. Good work is great...but customer service needs to be there and I as a customer should not feel like I need to look at their work more carefully following the discussion on the phone with mike about the hole in the wall. I am concerned they hid something else and did not tell me. I feel like I should not have to be the supervisor and Quality Assurance for work that is done... My advice...DO NOT USE HIM FOR PLUMBING WORK!!! Marshall

Came in checked the leaks and flushing mechanism on all the toilets. Replaced a valve on one of the toilets. Satisfied.

I had some leaky faucets and I was hoping that he would fix them but he said we needed to replace the fixtures. He didn't do anything to the problem but we have fixed it ourselves. I gave them a B because we didn't get the leaky faucets fixed.

Prompt, professional. Explained that water heater is working now but has outlived it's average lifespan (it's 16 years old). He discussed options to consider when we need to replace it.

They arrived on time and did excellent job! I would highly recommend their services to others.

He replaced the valves and said everything was good. The next day I flushed the toilet and the tank did not refill. He broke one of the toilet valves while putting it in, but acted like everything was fine.

They did a pretty good job on it. We didn't pay anything extra. There were a couple of other things that needed to be fixed. So, he gave us a price quote. I wasn't there for the appointment, my wife was. She was pretty happy about everything. When they came in, they knocked the sensor off my garage door. We had to check it to make sure everything is fine.

Came on time and provided the service

Work went fine. The water does seem to be hotter, and I am not experiencing the intervals of tepid water prior to the service. I know my system is old and probably on its last leg given that it's 9 years old. The condensate line does drip more than it did prior to the service. The technician returned about a week after the initial service and readjusted the pressure plug. It drips less, but still drips. Fortunately, it's in the garage, and I have a catch pan under it.

Mike also checked a message appearing on my hot water heater for a heat pump fault. The diagnostics he performed fixed the issue and he didn't charge me for his time at all. Mike was efficient, professional and was a pleasure to deal with.

Extremely pleased with everything. A H Plumbing had Michael Price come out and he was extremely professional, punctual, and answered all my questions. The invoice matched the quote exactly and the work was high-quality.

Both were leaking, slowly, and I hoped that they could just have washers replaced, but the plumber said no such luck. They replaced both, and gave me a good discount because I had the Angie's List coupon, even though it wasn't for exactly the same service in the end. The work was done in a very reasonable time, and has been fine so far (6 months). I do have some concerns about the longevity of the faucet that is located on the high pressure side of the line, before the pressure regulator. The plumber recommended against keeping it there, but I like having the full water pressure for washing the car and such. I didn't realize up front that they would be replacing the soldered copper faucet with one with crimp connectors and a link of plastic tubing. While that's perfectly fine for the one downstream from the pressure regulator, I see now why they were concerned about the one on the high pressure side.

A&H did a great job communicating what time they would be at the house. Called 2 hours prior with a rough estimate and again about 30 minutes before arrival. They were very professional and helpful and took there time to explain every option.
