Replaced a flapper on a toilet that ran and the problem seems to be fixed - no "running" sound since the visit. Said another toilet failed the dye test and I let him replace the flapper on that one also even though I had never heard it run. Was fast and professional.

After checking the company out and ordering the deal, they reached out within two days and we scheduled the appointment. They were a pleasure to work with and explained what the problem was before actually replacing the faulty parts. Total time of repair was just under 30 minutes. I would both recommend them to others as well as consider using them for future plumbing needs.

Michael explained everything that needed to be done & also made some recommendations for preventative maintenance. I bought the deal for a toilet tune-up. Mike came out and checked/adjusted all three of my toilets and replaced a fill valve in one of them (included in the cost of the deal.) Two of my toilets are much improved -- one of them probably needs to be replaced and Mike demonstrated why it was having problems. He also took time to discuss my hard water issues (which I brought up) and later followed up with an email quote including links to some research and information about the products he was recommending. He seemed knowledgeable, was very professional, and was not at all pushy. I would use this company again.

Well, now my toilet doesn't drain water. And they guarentee their work for a year. Excellent!! I was very happy to learn that this fix was in the big deal list, as I also felt that I rec'd a good deal. Two gentlemen showed up on time and worked efficiently. I was happy with their service. The experience has been wonderful! He was very responsive and called me right back to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time as scheduled. He was very neat and even automatically took his shoes off when he entered my home. I have talked to other plumbers and his price is really excellent compared to others. He is a very nice guy and I will be hiring him for additional work.

A H Plumbing technician arrived earlier than expected, diagnosed my problem, and determined that it was a simple problem to fix. The technician was very professional, and educated me on how the water heater functions, and charged me a very reasonable price. I was very happy with their service, and will certainly be using them again in the future for regular maintenance services.

I ended up having to replace some parts on the water heater and toilet.So there were additional charges but he was very professional and informative as to why this needed to be done. The entire job took about an hour and half. I would recommend him and I will use him again.

These guys were great. They came and did an inspection the day I called, were very clear on the extra charges for additional work that was required by law and equally clear about the things I did not need. I had known there would be additional charges as my water heater had been installed at least fifteen years earlier. They came back the same afternoon and worked into the night to make sure that I had the new water heater that day. I would definitely use them again.

Went well, but the plumber said I needed other items that would cost 524.00. I said I would do it, but changed my mind because of finances, and because I'll have another plumber tell me if I really do need the items.

Changed fetension tank,serviced water tank and replaced clappers in both toilets.

Awesome, technician Mike was very friendly, informative with his craft and showed me the sediment from the bottom of the hot water heater unit, I will call him from now on. Great Job Mike

I wanted the tune up that came with the Angie's List Tune up coupon and ended up with more than I bargained for, and definitely a larger bill. I waited to rate the company so I could see how the product and workmanship was going to hold up. Two weeks ago the handle to the toilet in the downstairs bathroom fell off while flushing the toilet. I have lived in this house since 2001, and never had a handle fall off, 9 months after my tune up it falls off. Also I noticed the lids to the toilets was scratched by Michael, they were not there before his visit. He was very nice and respectful, he came out on a Saturday so I did not have to take off work.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The price was good. They were very professional and punctual.

They inspected all my toilets and provided professional advice on how to fix all of our problems. The technician even suggested we check other companies to compare pricing prior to performing the work. Highly recommend A.H.

I had tried clearing the drain initially with baking soda and vinegar and then with a bargain drain snake. Both were unsuccessful. My tenant was patient, but needed it fixed within 24 hours. A&H got back to me quickly with a good price and said they would be there that evening between 7 and 8. At 7:50 they called and said they would not be able to make it that night, but they would be there the next day at 10am. I was not able to be there for the work the next day. My tenant dealt with them. They cleared the drain, but used chemicals to do so. I had told the woman who answers their phones what I had tried and that I did not want to use chemicals to clear the drain. Apparently I did not make it clear that chemicals were not to be used. Anyway, when I called to pay we discussed it and they explained that chemicals were the only option with old galvanized pipes that are badly clogged. They recommended that the galvanized pipes in the bathroom (sink & tub) be replaced with pvc and gave me a quote. Assuming the quote is a very good price I will be using them for this work. A& H waived the cost opf the drain cleaning because they used chemicals which was against my wishes.
