We were very happy. He was very professional and reliable. He came when he was supposed to. He cleaned up after himself and even put everything back in the garage where it had been and he didn't have to do that. The price was competitive. It is new and we haven't had any trouble yet.

Professional, explained clearly what needed to be done, and cleaned up afterwards. Communicated the day before, and 30 mins prior to the appointment (about when they would be arriving). I used this plumber in a house I recently sold. I will use him again, and I highly recommend this company.

That turned out great. The company was wonderful and one plumber came out. It took him less an hour. He did what I needed him to do. He was quick, nice and it was a great experience.

I bought a discounted waterheater service call through Angie's List, and they came out and drained my heater and gave me an inspection of the rest of my plumbing setup. They found that the bulb that expands in the waterheater had ruptured, so we set up an appointment to come back and replace it. They were punctual, friendly, and did a good job. They were respectful of my desire to research the need for the new bulb myself, and did not seem offended when I waited a bit before acting on their recommendation while I looked it up online. When they came back, I also had them replace the ancient, scary, not-up-to-code lines on my washing machine rather than doing a youtube special on them myself - definitely pricier, but way more reassuring. I'd use them again, no hesitation.

The inspection went well and they performed the work they said they will do in the offer. I think the price they charged for the work they did was reasonable and they arrived on time and I had no problems scheduling the service. They recommended a few things for me and my husband to upgrade in the existing water heater and we think they are things that are needed due to the age of the system. Overall great experience and I will likely use them again.

He did not show up, nor did he call to reschedule. I called him twice and it went to voice mail both times. I have not heard from him.

BE Careful of these Angie"s List Deals. The providers MANY, MANY times try to hit you up for EXTRA services. I had my gutters cleaned and those guys tried to hit me up for a minor roof repair. This time I just wanted my water heater flushed and they tried to offer an additional $1500 of recommendations and "issues". The technician was professional in his demeanor, but the way these companies always upsell has me second guessing purchasing these DEALs.

Michael shutoff the hot and cold water intake valves and ensured the gas valve was in the pilot position. He then drained the 50 gallon tank checking for sediment. Finally he turned on the hot and cold water valves to refill the tank. He tested the functionality of the hot water heater and ensured compliance to North Carolina safety requirements.

Since the provider did not show up, nothing got done.

I got a special of $49. They are punctual, and very knowledgeable about their trade.

Mike and Junior did a good job and were courteous and efficient. Arrived within the estimated arrival window and were done in about an hour. Gave me the news that our water heater needs to be replaced, but since it is almost 12 years old (6 year warranty) and had never been serviced, I am not surprised.

I am late in writing this review but every time I think about the service call I get mad at myself for being gullible. The service person, I think his name was Michael, was such a likeable guy I wanted to trust him. I had paid for a plumbing inspection which he did; however, he called me into my garage and pointed to water on the floor around my water heater which I had never seen before. He said my water heater was leaking where the expansion tank connected... my gut said B.S. but again he was very pleasant so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. He mentioned over and over it was time to replace my water heater and quoted me $750.00 for a new one. I have a warranty with PSNC so if my water heater breaks they will replace it, SO Michael insisted I replace my expansion tank... I did not know what an expansion tank was and it was not covered under my PSNC warranty so I said o.k. I did not listen to my gut. I wound up replacing something that worked. I have never seen water around my water tank since. What does my gut tell me: that the service repair person loosened the connection between my expansion tank and water heater to cause water to flow down to the floor then tightened it up. I wish I had the courage to accuse him of such, but I didn't see it with my own eyes and questioned myself. He did replace a sink drain for $60.00. I think he charged me around $160.00 for the expansion tank. This has bothered me for months so I am writing about my experience now. My water heater still works!! The one he said I needed to replace!

Arrived late but got to work and did a great job. Highly recommended.
