Description of Work: basic maintenence. fix sink drain in master bath. Check running toilet. Shower that has problems has not been fixed yet. Trouble finding parts. Very competant. Not very talkative ie: communication a little weak. Still waiting on parts for shower repair, but do not feel that is plumbers fault. I think he is doing best he can on parts search.

Description of Work: This is the second time we've taken advantage of a Big Deal from A.H. Plumbing and have been more than satisfied on both occasions. We had our hot water heater flushed and a whole home plumbing inspection done. The company that provides our water recently flushed the lines which resulted in a lot of sediment in the water and had also accumulated in the bottom of the heater. Unfortunately for Mike and Jr. it was no easy task to empty the tank but they managed to get it done. A year or so ago the anode rod was removed but not replaced so Mike installed a different type of rod as well as a few other minor things. We also had two new shower heads installed. It's been a pleasure to work with Mike and Jr. They have done what we asked of them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Description of Work: I purchased a package to drain my hot water heater and whole house plumbing inspection for war pressure and draining. I am very pleased -he came on time with an assistant. He went right to work draining my hot water heater and checking all my toilets for leaks and water pressure and drainage. He noticed a leak above my hot water heater and gave me what I consider to be a fair estimate for repair (which I have yet to do) and saw that I had mineral stains and made a recommendation for a water purifier at I am considering after I've had the time to research. I would be happy hire this company again if I am given a competitive quote for the services I need.

Description of Work: they were pleasant and prompt. They showed me the minor problem and showed me how to fix it. I didn't know how to use the shower head properly, and they showed me how.

Description of Work: We asked for an estimate to install a whole house filter and sump pump. The price he quoted for both was lower than we were given by the company we purchased the filter from just to install that alone. These both had to be installed under the house. Mr. Price was very professional and the quality of his work was excellent. We were very pleased with the overall experience and will use him again if the need arises.

Description of Work: We had a general contractor install a new shower in our guest bath but he apparently forgot to put in a piece so the drain leaked. He came back out and blamed a cracked pipe (which we have yet to find) and did not actually fix the problem. We bought the deal so that a pro could come out and tell us what was going on. It took no time at all and one little part (the $15 spent) to fix a leak that was rendering our guest shower inoperable and that had caused water damage to the 1st floor ceiling. We are SO thrilled with the quick and easy resolution of something that had been explained to us previously as a major issue.

Description of Work: Had a new sink and faucet installed after the initial service (Big Deal) indicated a leak. We were thinking about updating anyway, so instead of replacing just the leaky sprayer, we opted to have Michael come back to remove the cast iron sink and old faucet and install a new stainless steel sink and fixture. He said we could call him anytime that weekend while shopping to get his input. Also, after finding out that the new sink was 1/4" too big for the existing Silestone counter top opening, he found someone who could shave the stone to make it fit (which took considerable effort on his part- I was having no luck!). This above and beyond service guarantees I will enthusiastically recommend AH Plumbing!
