It went well until company did not honor coupon and charged us full price. Attempted to discuss with company but phone call never returned.

They were very good. We've used them a few times and will continue to use them.

Of 5 quotes we got they gave the best price of any company that has BOTH liability and workers compensation insurance. They worked very quickly and efficiently. The had to place a crane in our side yard and take the tree down in three sections. They had it all done in about 2 hours, and did a good job with clean-up. I highly recommend them.

The crew was diligent , careful and respectful of my property.. They were efficient ,hard working and did a great job on clean up before they left. I will surely refer them to any that need this kind of work done. I may also need their services in the future.

No call/No show on the estimate appointment, even 3 day later, I've still not heard from them.

The company did a wonderful job. They had all the necessary equipment to complete the services. They were an expert crew, and very experienced.

They cut potions of the tree, lifted the portions over the power lines and set them down in the street. The branches were shredded and the large limbs and trunk were hauled away. All the debris was completely removed. In addition, they ground the stump.

I contacted this company to remove several trees, one of which had to be removed by crane. I decided to go with them after getting several estimates. I felt this company was honest as they offered a discount & honored it without question. The final price offered truly was discounted. Other companies I had contacted claimed to be giving a discount but their final price was way over that of A+. I can say this is a great company to work with! The crew was friendly and unbelievably amazing. We couldn't believe how quickly they could take down these giant trees and make it look easy. Our neighbors were so impressed that they also had trees removed. I wouldn't use any other company for tree removal.

I received an estimate of $3000 for the removal of 3 trees (one of which was going to be hard to get to). On the scheduled work day the workers arrived late in the day and accessed the situation. The head of the work team said it would be impossible to remove the difficult-to-get-to-tree without removing 2 other trees. That brought the job to $2600 more than the original estimate. Since I needed for the difficult tree to be removed, I agreed to the "new estimate". They ended up doing the work on the day after the originally scheduled work day. I feel like the price was still reasonable for the work that they did, but was not expecting this increase which pretty much blew my budget. The workers were great and very professional. After speaking with Kenny about the mistaken estimate, he promised that he would give me a discount on a future job and just had a crew member come out yesterday and grind a stump for me, free of charge. I appreciate his willingness to make up for the error.

The tree in question was hard to get to and pretty tall. I was present for the initial estimate, during which the representative from the company offered several suggestions as to how the tree could be taken out, which was helpful. The next two scheduled appointments were delayed because of rain. The only reason I took a mark off for Responsiveness was because I was not contact about rescheduling, and instead had to contact them first. This was a minor inconvenience, however. I was not present during the actual removal of the tree, though I was told by my tenants that it was fast and efficient. There was literally NO debris left in my yard. Not even wood chips. I would have forgiven even a moderate mess being left for me, given the nature of the job, but the cleanliness of the work here was OUTSTANDING. ALSO: The Angie's List Coupon was not only honored, but upgraded to larger discount without prompting! Great way to approach dealing with a new customer. All in all, I'd say A+ lives up to its name. High marks across the board. Thanks guys!

We contacted A+ because our neighbors had problems with their tree removal service and because the size of the trees suggested that a crane might be needed. The estimators came by a little late on the agreed date and gave us a fair (compared to other estimates) price estimate. After scheduling the date, we suffered through 3 consecutive rainouts. A+ said that the level of rain made it too dangerous to do the work and, in addition, the very wet ground would make damage to the yard more likely. We agreed and they rescheduled every time within a week. When finally the weather cleared, they arrived in early afternoon and set up their equipment (considerable). They arrived early the next morning and completed the work in one day. This involved cutting down, removing the trees and grinding the stumps that we wanted ground. They did essentially no damage to the yard (much to our surprise) given the heavy equipment needed. They worked very efficiently -- no standing around -- and cleaned up the yard and street after they finished.. We were extremely satisfied with their work and recommend them wholeheartedly. Those who consider using them should not be put off by their ``laid back'' approach. They are a well-organized and confident organization. For example, they provide up front their insurance documentation.

We needed an area behind our house cleared for access for drilling a geothermal well, and we were trying to get this all done quickly due to the geothermal tax credit expiration. When Kenneth came for the tree removal estimate, I also had him advise on other dead or leaning trees that should be removed so that they don't fall on the house. The company seemed to be very busy but Abby worked to squeeze us into the schedule and sent the crew on a Saturday. The crew was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and did a great job. They ground the stumps of the cut trees, as well as some extra stumps that Kenneth had noticed when he did the estimate and marked the trees and stumps. The crew removed the debris, ran it through the wood chipper, and also spread around the grindings from the stumps on the ground. They left the property very neat.

What a fantastic company to work with! Fair prices, friendly people, and a crew that is so efficient my head was spinning. Kenneth helped me setup the initial estimate appointment and was friendly and very easy to work with. Abby helped me coordinate the job, worked with me on the payment, and is even helping us schedule our next project. The technician that led our project was Hector and he was kind, worked quickly, and was very knowledgeable about trees. He showed us which trees he was concerned about, made suggestions on what to remove vs. trim, and generally helped us gain confidence in knowing and understanding potential issues for the future. I would HIGHLY recommend this awesome local business as they provided a great outcome and were friendly and kind throughout the process. Wish everyone we dealt with treated us like A+ did!!

I called A+ Tree Service to obtain a quote for removal of a tree from our back yard, and was told that an estimator (Kenneth?) would come to meet with me today between 3 and 5pm to inspect the job and provide a quote. I took time off from work to be home for this appointment. Unfortunately, he did not show up, and did not have the courtesy to call to let me know or to reschedule. I have called and left message, but so far no response. Update: the estimator eventually arrived later in the evening and provided a fair estimate for the work. We will update again if we decide to go with this company. Update 2: we hired A+ to do the work, and the work crew came out and performed the work as requested, including tree removal, stump grinding, and clean up. All went as planned and we are satisfied. Other than the initial problem with the estimator missing his appointment, all else was good.

Contacted A+ via email on Sunday Oct.11th .Received email response Monday 9:15 am. Scheduled appointment for appraisal on Friday the 16th. Kenneth, the Appraiser/Project manager walked our property. We discussed trees that needed removal, A double 120 ft Oak that was diseased, dropping limbs and growing into the back of our garden shed. & three 100 ft tall pine trees that had pine beetle damage/ivy damage. All trees were bordering our property and posed risk to neighbor's structures as well as ours. Kenneth gave us the quote & we decided to go forward with the work. Kenneth said he would try & get us scheduled quickly due to the dangerous nature of the oak, which had already dropped a large limb. On Monday, we were contacted via email with an offer to remove trees on Wed. Oct 21st. Abby from A+ had their Insurance carrier provide us with the proper insurance certificates so we scheduled the work. A+ parked the crane in front of our home the night before, showed up at 9am with a large work crew, dump trucks, log truck, bobcat etc; they got to work setting up the crane in our front yard & took great care not to damage our landscaping.The trees were so large they had to cut the limbs off in our street. They were extremely careful directing traffic & keeping a lane open for passage in the street. They also, made sure to keep the street clean as they worked. The job took all day & they finished around 6:15pm. They completely cleaned everything up. This was an extremely polite crew that worked great together.Kenneth dropped by the same evening to make sure all had gone well and collect payment. We were extremely pleased. .

LOVE this company! Very responsive, affordable, informative and great people! We have used A+ twice for significant tree removal, and we highly recommend them. They own all of their equipment, are fully insured and licensed. We got five quotes the first time we got trees removed, and A+ was the most reasonable, professional, and responsive, so now they are are "go to" and we recommend to family and friends often!

It went very well. They were very prompt. Every thing they did was very excellent. They treated me very professionally and were very receptive with my questions. They did an excellent overall job in their interaction with me.

Overall, they did what they were paid to do and the job was completed in one day. There was some 'collateral damage' to several bushes/shrubs that was not very pleasing. People need to be aware that removing old, large trees is no small task, and to expect some damage to landscaping/turf that is within the working area.

We contacted them for a quote on a Tuesday morning. They were at the house within hours to give us a quote. We told them to schedule the work. They called back within the hour to schedule the work for the next morning (Wednesday). They showed up on time, took down the trees, ground the stumps and were done within an hour and a half. They were very professional and the expediency with which they got the job done was amazing. They did say that with the rain we had the days before, that they had to postpone some jobs so they were able to get us worked in quickly because my trees were right next to the drive way and did not require them placing equipment on the wet yard. Under normal circumstances they may not have been able to work us in quite so quickly. I would definitely use them again. If I had any complaint it would be that we paid them in cash and they did not have a receipt book to give us a receipt for the work. We ended up hand writing a receipt. Other than that, great job. Very happy.

This was a full day job. They brought a huge crane to remove the tree keeping the whole job low impact on the yard. The crew was very professional and friendly. We had good communication from quote to completion with the office staff. They spent time at the end of the day to ensure the yard and street were cleaned up and no debris left. The job was done as quoted, on time and with no issues. I recommend A+ to you.
