A+ came out and gave me a quote two days after I called them, and they happened to have a crew in the area the next day--so my tree was gone within 3 days of my initial inquiry! They removed every bit of the tree, ground the stump and smoothed out the area to look like mulch. Fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

A+ was very professional from the initial phone call throughout the process until the job was completed. They were on site as scheduled and worked very efficiently. They cleaned the site as they worked and left it completely clean when they were done.

We called them after a large branch from a dead pine tree fell and hit our porch awning. This convinced us we could not wait any longer to cut down the tree. We had received an estimate several months before from A Plus but put off having the work done. They came out within 24 hours of our call, honored the previous estimate (that was several hundred dollars less than competitors), arrived earlier than they said, did everything they said they would do in the estimate, and left a minimum of lawn damage considering the size of the equipment they had to use. They are very professional and have the right equipment. They needed a spider lift for the job, and not every tree service has one. The spider lift meant they didn't have to have people try to climb the tree, or try to work a standard crane around other trees and over the house. I'm sure the spider lift made a difficult job much easier, and allowed them to charge less than competitors. We will use them in the future, and highly recommend their work.

They trimmed the trees and did a good job of trimming. They did break a glass cover on a gas light but are in the process of replacing it.

They did a good job and were one of the most less quotes that we had. They were very quick to respond and scheduled the work quickly. The workers were polite and professional.

WOW! What a group! They were quick, very well organized, did continuous cleanup through out the entire operation. They went above & beyond to make sure the job was 100% correct. Final cleanup was excellent. And all of the work was done very quickly! I highly recommend them!

Great! After setting up their crane, it only took A+ about two hours to complete their work. No drama, only good work.

They said they could not provide a quote to anyone other than the current owner. Not sure how I am supposed to make an educated 'buy' decision without an estimate. I'll be taking my work elsewhere.

I emailed A+ in order to get an estimate for tree removal at a new house I am purchasing. The first sign that I should have looked elsewhere was that it was going to take them 2 weeks to get out to the house and write up an estimate. Should have know then that they were unreliable. I had heard good things about them through Angie's list though, so I went ahead and scheduled with them anyways. I was then told that they couldn't provide me with an exact time for the day that the estimate would take place, again I should have just looked elsewhere at this point. I gave a description of 1 very large oak tree and 4 tall-skinny pine trees I needed removed. I was told that the technician would call me 30-minutes before the estimate so that I could meet the technician at the property and walk them through exactly what services I needed. I decided this was adequate and moved on with the appointment. The estimate day comes and goes and I received no call, so I assumed they forgot about my appointment. A few days later I receive an estimate in my email with 7 trees on it, only 1 of which was an actual tree I asked to be removed. They priced the removal of some beautiful cherry, cypress, and cedar trees in the front yard that weren't within 200 ft of the trees I had described. Overall, extremely dissapintes with this company. I believe the technician just sat in his truck, writing down any tree he could see in the front yard and then left. Very disappointed that a company would not appreciate a potential $7-10k tree removal job.

The workers shower up at 1:15pm Picked up some of the brush then "finished" by 1:40pm and sat down in my neighbors yard until 2:40pm there were still saw dust and clean up to be done on both sides of yard. They Called me back saying that is was going to be an additional low price of $200 to take down the tree that was still standing, even after the quote already included the tree removal in the first place. Rip off con artists they tried to take advantage of a customer who wasn't present at the site due to being out of town just to make several hundred dollars for 20% work performed. Good thing for great neighbors.

I don't normally use them, but I called A+ & they did a very good job. Their price was not too far off from anybody else. Two workers came out. Not bad at all. They knew what had to be done. It was really a matter of bringing the appropriate equipment and they did.

That went very well. The price was reasonable. They finished when they said they would, but they did not show up when they said they would, which required a call back.

Super clean up and removal of everything. The crew was on time and did an awesome job..very professional and careful. Use of crane made job go swiftly and carefully. I was amazed at how well the job was completed and how organized and efficient the crew was.

It went great. amazingly efficient, careful and professional. They had highly qualified workmen and all the necessary tools, crane, trucks, etc I was very pleased and impressed.

Crew of five was very efficient - each person knew what to do and went about it. Price was right, and they were prompt in providing a quote. After agreeing to the contract, they came promptly to do the work. At the close of the job, work area was cleaned up very well. Super company!

Service was never performed. I bought a deal on Angie's List. I emailed and called several times for over a month to get them to just schedule an estimate. The guy who came to do the estimate gave us a rough verbal quote for the various things we needed done, and said he would email us a more formal quote and call back to schedule the service. I never received an email or a phone call. So I called them back several more times leaving messages over the course of another month. Still have not heard back. Be careful buying deals on Angie's List. This is the third time I've had a really hard time with a provider that I bought deal from on Angie's List.

I waited 4 days to be contacted about an estimate. Then I was told by email that an estimator would be in my area Sat. afternoon. I asked what time and was told probably between 2 - 4. When no one had shown up at 4:07 I called the cell # and talked with a man I could hardly understand. I asked about my estimate and when they would be at my house. He said they were running late. I asked if it would be by 5. He said he would look it up on the computer and call me back. It's now 5 and no call. I won't do business with this company.

It didn't. First appointment was at Saturday afternoon (9/17/160 and they did not show up - no phone call, nothing. Contacted them via e-mail and my wife received a phone call apologizing for missing the appointment and they wanted to re-schedule until Sunday, which was inconvenient for us, so we re-scheduled for them to come out Monday or Tuesday. Again no show, again no phone call.

The crew was very professional and thorough with their work. The owner was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend A+ . I actually have already recommended them!

Excellent. They were the fastest to respond and provide an estimate. Also had the best price. Also could schedule the service within a few days Arrived on time. Very good crew. They have the large equipment necessary for the big jobs. Were done in about 3 hours. Did not completely block the street so other cars could get through. Directed traffic when it needed to pass. Cleaned up really good. Would use them again for sure.

The crew was excellent. The supervisor was extremely professional, informing me what was going to happen, along with the neighbor since he needed to block his driveway to access the tree. The pine tree was nestled among other tall trees and between our two homes. They brought at least 3 trucks and a crane and were able to maneuver the tree safely into the street where they could cut and shred the tree. They used the crane expertly! They did a great job grounding the stumps and cleaned up after the job. It was a well orchestrated operation and they did an excellent job. Their price beat their competitors and I would definitely use them again.

Tree service was good to mediocre. The stump grinding was sub par. What was poor was the customer service. We were overcharged and we made several attempts to company and no one returned our phone call. We had a coupon and we charged full price. I consider this company dishonest and would not recommend them.

It went well until company did not honor coupon and charged us full price. Attempted to discuss with company but phone call never returned.
