Better than Outstanding...if that is even possible. The A+ Tree and Crane service team showed up 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time, they took their time to ensure the crane was safely set up and level. Spoke to my neighbor, ensuring they understood the safety aspect required while A+ removed these pine trees ( all of which were more than 60 feet tall), they briefed their plan, and then executed the tree removal, when they had removed all trees, the clean up started, and prior to their departure, the foreman asked me if everything was to my satisfaction, I just grinned, you would have never known anyone cut a tree down, had you not been present. Perfection! There's a reason A+ is number 1 in the Raleigh area. I will always use A+ for my tree needs..always.

Excellent work performed by A+ Tree and Crane Service. I could not believe how fast the job was done. Working with office staff was A+. Very responsive, professional and friendly. Made quoting, scheduling and billing seamless. My neighbors were concerned about the size of the tree and debris being all over the neighborhood. Much to their surprise, the crew was quick and did an outstanding job cleaning up afterwards. Already was asked for A+ contact information as my neighbors want to ask for their services. Nothing but praise for A+ Tree & Crane. We have used them twice in the last 2 years or so - once requiring a crane for a 120-foot poplar tree that had to be lifted over the house. Their prices were less than I would have anticipated, but more importantly, the crews had a teamwork mentality and great comradery. Work was completed swiftly, professionally, and safely, yard was left clean, and they were truly a joy to watch in action. Though I hope we will not have to have any more trees removed, I would use A+ Tree and Crane again with no hesitation.

Excellent, they took it down on time and clean up the yard with no damage to anything else. They are very professional, dressed and neat and explains everything.

A+ was easy to schedule for a quote, and scheduling time frame to complete the job. We reached out to 3 or 4 companies for quotes. A+ provided the best service and ideal removal for a challenging sideways slanting tree in our backyard. We received several quotes in the same price range but wanted to use A+ to minimize damage to our yard, and we were very impressed. They hardly left a trace. They were the most professional to work with as well. It was a big job - removed 3 trees and grinded the stumps, now our backyard is a lot more manageable and we are very happy customers. I would use them next time for sure!

They were prompt and efficient in their work. Cleaned up better than we expected. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this company.

Lowest bid of four. Crew arrived at 3PM and finished at dusk. Very quick in their work, bit on their haste did not proceed with care. They knocked down an arbor, ripping off the vine I had been training on it. When they replaced the arbor, it was cockeyed, requiring significant work on my part to reset it properly. In dropping branches from the tree, they damaged two fruit trees and a flowering shrub. Also dug up my lawn and back yard significantly with their equipment.

I have nothing but high praise for the A+ Tree & Crane Service crew that came to my house to remove a huge oak tree from my back yard. On the scheduled day, a crew of 7 arrived first thing in the morning along with a large crane, a chipping machine, a bobcat, a grinder, and 3 large trucks. Everyone had their needed equipment and safety gear. It was clear right from the start that each member of this team knew what their role was and perform their duties admirably. I was completely blown away by their awesome teamwork and precision. It was amazing to watch them cut and lift that huge oak tree piece by piece over my house with the crane and reduce it to chips. They cleaned up my yard and the street so good you would never have known they were here. From estimate to finish, everyone was polite, pleasant, friendly, efficient, and professional. Customer Service was above and beyond my expectations and she even saved me $300 on an already fair and reasonable quote. I just can't express how pleased I am and how amazing these guys are - pure awesome! If anyone is looking for a top notch company with high standards and work ethics at a reasonable price, this is the tree company you should be calling. A+ Tree & Crane Service is the best of the best!

They arrived on time, did the work, cleaned everything up, and all in a timely and professional manner.

Was able to get an estimate in just a few days, and the tree removed the day after I called to accept the estimate. Wasn’t home when they did the job, but they came when expected and did a great job.

They followed my instructions as we wanted the trunks and larger branches left for use as firewood. The cleaned up the other pieces.

From start to finish A+ was easy to work with. They came out to provide an estimate, were quick to turn it around after seeing the job, were very fairly priced, and did quick, efficient work including cleaning up.

Their work was excellent. Knowledgeable crew, neat clean up and good equipment. They accommodated my schedule which was very limited. Will definitely use them again.

Great. The crew was fast and on time, and the stumps were ground well below the ground level so that we can plant grass again. The man who ground the stumps was phenomenal! My kids watched him from the deck and he would answer their millions of questions politely.

Vey well, about two hours of work, cutting, pruning, limb grinding with disposal and clean up included form backyard. Second time I hired this company and they do exactly what is described in the agreed upon work order. Previously spent $4,000 in 2017 to removed and stump grid very large pines and other trees.

Customer service has been fantastic. They I was amazed that this was done in 1 afternoon. Their quote was $1k less than the other 3 quotes I received from highly rated, higher volume reviewed tree service companies. Also, they were the only company to include coupon/discount without my mention & inform me location of septic field was important to avoid damage. Good thing as I discovered current code is no repairs to septic are allowed, rather forced to tap City Sewer of which would cost $6-7k in tap fees, plumbing to tap & retire of septic tank.

All work was done as expected. There was a delay because of the rain. Could not be happier with the service provided.

The work was done in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up like they had never been here, except of course the trees were no longer here.
