We got an estimate and they said they would be able to do it within the week. Came home one day, the trees were gone, the fire wood was stacked in a pile, the fence was secured and no damage. Cleaned up so well i didnt even notice they were there.

The representative came over the same day I called and gave me an estimate. They would have performed the service that day if it fit my schedule, which it didn't. They came during the agreed upon day and were very professional. They cut down and removed the trees specified and ground the stumps. After grinding they spent considerable amount of time cleaning up the debris and leveling the mulch left over from the grinding. They also took great care of my neighbor's house that was just painted to make sure nothing affected the new paint job.Overall a great company and I would definitely use them again!

I contacted this particular company because of their superior ratings on Angie's List. Our experience with A+ Tree and Crane was stellar from start to finish. Kenneth was very responsive and came out to give us an estimate in the evening as we requested. The quote was very reasonable and Kenneth was careful to offer a solution that would solve our problem without excessive trimming. A+ Tree and Crane were able to perform the service without our being there and their clean-up was impeccable. Angel called for payment after the service and was even kind enough to wait for payment until I returned from vacation. I look forward to working with them for additional tree trimming.

They provided me with a quote. Their quote was lower than I had expected when they came to start the next day so that was the deciding factor. Their clean-up was excellent. They were very responsive and very quick. There was just one thing I didn't like about them, but I don't really fault them for it. They try to sell you more as they go. As they are here doing the work, they point out other trees that you may want taken down and just add on the price for each tree. I pretty much had decided what I wanted done and they kept bothering me to come outside and look at another tree to see if I wanted it taken down. It was a little bit annoying. I was happy with their work. I just didn't like the whole up-selling mood of the whole day of being bothered. I work at home and they were bothering me to come outside to look at a tree and see if I wanted it taken down. They said that they could take it down while they were there for a certain amount of money. I would use them again because they were very good, they cleaned up the mess, and they were reasonable. I just didn't like that they were trying to sell me more work while they were here on the job.

I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. They came out for a free estimate the same day that I called them, and I explained that I would be getting 3 quotes from top-rated Angie's List companies. The quote received was over $100 less than the others. My job was fairly simple, but the did the entire job in less than 1 hour, and left the area neat and clean. I was very happy, and will use them again.

A+ Tree & Cran Service was in my neighborhood doing work for another neighbor. They approached me about cutting down any trees in my yard ( I have many). I told there were some that I would like cut and had had a previous estimate of 900.00 for 3 large pine trees. The gentleman came back with the owner and I was given the price of 800.00 for all 4 trees. I told them I would call my husband and get back to them. I also looked up the business on Angie's List and saw that there was a coupon I would be able to use. When I presented the coupon with my payment, I was told the price I was quoted included the coupon. He said they just don't mention it to the customers because it 'confuses them'. I told him not every customer is an Angie's List member and would not have the coupon. We went back and forth and he never would give in on the coupon.

They came marked the trees beforehand and followed through to trim and cut as expected. This was a very long day, but there were 5 or six men working all at once.

Estimator was on time and flexible/consultative about what needed to be done. Due to weather and their workload they delayed this job by one day at short notice - but not a problem for me. Large crew worked fast on multiple trees. One oak tree limb they removed was over 8 inches in diameter, and another overhung the house! They cleared a lot of dead wood from high in the oaks and removed a large patch of volunteer growth (8ft high saplings) from around one tree - all as a bonus to their estimate. The clean-up afterward was good but not perfect - I swept off my porch and sidewalk. I'm very happy with the work, especially the extras and the good price.

It went well overall. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was we have a gravel driveway & they didn't smooth that out very good after doing the work. It has been pretty muddy ever since. I think it would be in there favor if they would tell people before starting how much there equipment will tear the ground up & how much of a mess it leaves (or price in a small load of gravel to repair it). This is the only reason I gave a "B" on quality - all in all, they are great to work with & much less expensive than most quotes I recieved.

Wow! This company is incredible! Not only were they responsive when we called for an estimate (they came out the same day), but they completed a large job in one day without leaving a trace (with the exception of a bare-naked yard!). Kenny came out and offered us a great deal that we just couldn't pass up. To get to the back yard, Kenny told us he had to roll up a portion of our chain link fence. This made me nervous, but when I got home from work I asked him if he had even messed with the fence - they did such a great job putting everything back the way they found it that I couldn't even tell they had taken the fence down! Seriously, I can't say enough about the professionalism and hardwork of the A Plus Tree team! I would definitely use them again without any hesitation. Some of our neighbors were so impressed that they came over in the middle of our job and asked the guys to come take down one of his trees when they were done, and several other neighbors stopped Kenny and Angel when they were leaving asking them about work at their house, too. I really liked working with this company and am SO pleased with the work they completed!

They were supposed to come on Friday to remove the trees. When I called them, the guy who answered the phone said, "I thought we did your job already? Can you remind me what you need done?" Then he told me they wouldn't be able to get to my house until Monday because the previous day's rain storm had put them behind. Which is understandable. But on Monday, they showed up an hour and a half late.. which, to me, is unacceptable. That being said, A+ did a great job (when they finally got here). Their workers are very skilled at what they do. The price could not be beat. I'd hire them again.
