I had a feeling they may be flaky based on similar experiences from other people here. I guess they're not interested in new business. It would have been nice to have more than a week to get it set up. I've pasted the emails they sent me below: _______________________________ 1st email: Wanted to email you and let you know we received your request. We may have a an opening,I will look over our schedule and let you know by tomorrows end of business. If we do we can set up an estimate and be able to get your house cleaned before the 13th. Thank you _________________________________ 2nd email: We have an opening to do a cleaning on January 10th. if you would like to schedule an estimate, we are free after 5:00 Wednesday and Thursday. Thank you _________________________ My response: Thursday would be better for me. The later the better. Let me know what time. Thanks, _____________________________ 3rd email: Thursday is fine, we can come around 6:00. Just need an address and if you can answer a few questions would be great. [questions cut] _______________________ last email, sent at 4:30 on Thursday We are not going to be able to fit a cleaning in for you before the 13th. The schedule open we had hoped to fit you into is not available. Again, we are sorry we could not help you before the 13th and we hope all of the plans run smoothly for you. _____________________

I read all of the reports on Angie's List and was impressed. I sent an e-mail on 8-26-2010 through the link on the web page. They did respond to my e-mail within 24 hours requesting additional information. I responded via e-mail reply answering all of their questions and included a map so that they could easily locate our home. As of today (9-7-2010) they have not responded to my e-mail nor have they called. We have caller-id so I would know if they called even if they didn't leave a voice mail. Our home is 11.9 miles from their address so there is no excuse that we are outside of their area. They apparently do not need any additional business. I ended up taking a couple of days vacation to do the job myself.

I found them on Angie's list and celled them based on the good reports. The green side was just a plus. As it turns out, they got smells out of the house that I had not been able to so those products may be better. Anyway, we exchanged emails about time and place, scheduled it, and they showed up on time and as expected. We talked a little about adding this area or taking another away when they were on site. They worked on credibly hard and fast and were very professional. You can tell these are owners of their own business, because they are so hard working. My house is a townhouse in Cary, 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2,5 bathrooms. About 2K sq feet.

I contacted them by e-mail. We got a follow-up message and set up an appointment to walk through the apartment before getting an estimate. Then we set up the date to turn over keys and set up the cleaning. From that point forward, all we had to do was get the call back that they were done and check on the job. It was excellent. So much so that we've made arrangements to have them clean our new house every other week. We're very pleased.

I never got a reply. When I did get a hold of them we scheduled for the 15th of February. They never came and they never called to cancel. I've never heard from them since.

919 green started cleaning for them a while back and I wanted write an update to say, they still clean as wonderful as the first time they cleaned. They show up, do a great job and I have never had any issues with them missing areas. Paul and Amie are fantastic, I couldnt ask for any better!! They are 100% green, always using eco friendly products in my home. . It is nice to come home to a clean house knowing it is going to be done right.

I contacted this co. and told them I lived in Chapel Hill--- They seemed reluctant to come so far but they agreed to do an estimate abd came to visit. They were on-time and toured my house. They gave an estimate with a price that seemed high but we agree that they would start cleaning in about 2 weeks. I sent an e-mail confirming their start and worrying about the price. I received 2-3 more e-mails reminding me when they would start and counseling that they would only charge for work they had to do. The day before they were to start, I had an e-mail saying their dog required a visit to the vet. and they would have to delay their start by several days. I wrote an e-mail back saying that would be OK and worrying again about cost. I had an e-mail back from Amie saying that they would be unable to help me.

Highly recommend.

After reading all of the positive reviews on here, I decided to contact them to get an estimate for a top to bottom cleaning of my house. Paul came over to give me the estimate, only after Amie called to let me know that she was in the process of moving and wouldn't be able to make it and wanted to make sure that it was okay that Paul came by himself. After meeting him and all the positive reviews I was comfortable giving them a key to come perform the work while I was out of town. I have a puppy who is crate training and thought it would be too h****** her to have people in the house cleaning while she was in her crate and it would have been h****** Amie and Paul to have to hear her cry the entire time they were there. I came back from vacation to a sparkling clean house. It looked better than it did the day I moved in. They were great about getting underneath the furniture with their vacuum, no more dust bunnies on the puppy. I also have a new area rug that has been shedding since the day I got it, and it's not shedding anymore. They did a great job on my stovetop and microwave, I just wish I would have asked them to clean the inside of the refrigerator too, it doesn't look so hot compared to the rest of the kitchen now :) I decided that until the puppy is older and has free reign of the house, that I would like them to continue doing a top to bottom cleaning every few months. That way me and the puppy can be out of their way for them to continue doing such a great job.

Great. We had to reschedule to get the right time, but they did a first class job. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the initial visit to give me an estimate, to their four hour initial cleaning of the house -- Amie and Paul were completely professional and dependable. Their work meets up to any finicky clean freak (like me) and their prices are very reasonable.

I am so happy to have found Paul and Amie! They are wonderful at what they do. They are very professional, thorough, hardworking, and great to be around. Best of all, they get along great with my dogs!

They did a great job on my initial cleaning and the first regular clean. Aside from getting lost coming to the house the first time, they have been punctual and respectful. Both ammo and Paul are smokers, which I don't like. They have always gone outside to smoke. I was concerned that there would still be residual smoke smell in my house, but so far this hasn't happened. They have done a good job cleaning-nothing missed so far, and are reasonable on price.

Amie and Paul were professional and thorough. They estimated time perfectly, and were a joy to have working in the house. The house sparkles, and having them do these tasks has improved my quality of life.

Very well. The house was left in good condition by the sellers, but Amie & Paul left it looking even better. We were so pleased, we have arranged for them to do routine cleaning at the house.

From start to finish did exactly what they said they would do. I will be using them on a weekly basis, they are professional, dependable(arrived on time) as well as very personable. Not to forget to mention, my dogs loved them. Amie and Paul gave me the estimate, a list of references we could contact, proof of insurance, licensing and then Amie and Paul did the cleaning. They were right on with the in home estimate and very efficient in their work. Our initial cleaning was $200 and weekly for our home is $120, just as they said. We would refer this company to anyone.

Having two children and 2 dogs is why I prefer to use an all natural cleaning company. Amie and Paul arrive on time! Anyone with children can understand that importance. My dogs took right to Amie and Paul, they are huge animal lovers and were not afraid of my dogs. I used a company in the past that actually let my dog outside before. They do not break my stuff or bang into walls with their equipment. They put it back where it goes, chairs around the kitchen table to fluffing my pillows. Sounds trivial but all this is important to me and hard to find. They listened to me during the estimate and know what my preferences are and up hold to my standards. They lift and clean, not around anything, not only on the first cleaning but every time, the vacuum they use is incredible for duct and dog hair. All the products are green, it doesn't smell lemony when I get home, it doesn't smell besides a hint of almond from the dusting spray. It has always been Amie and Paul, or one of them by themselves. I know it will be them, I do not have to leave notes and go over everything to new people every week. I wanted to let others know about 919green because they have, honesty, integrity, dependability, professionalism, and trust with wonderful cleaning all in one. Did not think it was out there anymore. Just a note... My kids go crazy when its cleaning day to see Miss Amie and Mr. Paul. Over time I have come to trust Amie and Paul to babysit my kids and house/dog sit for us when we are out of town. They have also helped me host parties among other tiny things I have needed here and there. The bonus of finding a credible independent company.

I found 919Green on anther website, emailed them and set up an estimate for the next night. They were five minutes early to the estimate (that is good), it took about 20 mins for the walk through of our home. Amie and her fianc spoke English, were college educated, provided me with a copy of their business license, a copy of their liability insurance coverage, workers compensation coverage and a list of references I could call. The first clean was outstanding! They have followed up with bi-weekly cleanings that continued the excellence of the first clean. The work they have done was better than I would have in my own home. I would suggest them to anyone. I have sent Amie one referral (a co-worker).
