Damian and Terrance were professional, polite, and thorough. They could teach a class in customer service! And their work was top notch. They cleared away about 200' of old deck boards and an old elliptical runner the day before a hurricane was supposed to hit. They rolled with my last-minute scheduling, they did a great job, and again - they were professional and so polite that my mother, in town for a visit, commented more than once on how polite and customer service-friendly they were. When I have more junk, I will definitely call 1-800 Got Junk!

They are great. I call them and have the stuff picked out that I want them taken away. They pick up computers, TV and dispose these things. I pay extra $5 for computer monitors and they recycle it and if it is not recyclable then it goes into the garbage and I feel really good about that. I have it all set up. I don’t have to take it out and put it under curb and don’t have to do anything but just be there and point at it. They charge depending on how much space it takes on the truck. If you don’t like how much they are going to charge me then I don’t have to do it and there is no contract. If you say it is too much money then they will say, ‘have a nice day and they mean it’. There is no money upfront. I used the 10% off coupon. I love them and I have talked to people who love them. They come into my house and I had a chair that I wanted out of my sight and they came in and hauled them out.
