I spoke to them on a Thursday and they were supposed to come on Saturday between 10 and 12 and they never showed. I called the main office three times and left messages and no one called back. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend them.

Kyle, and Joe were scheduled to arrive at our home for pickup between 1:30 and 3:00. At 12:45 they called, and stated that they were running a little late, and would arrive around 2:30p.m. They arrived at 2:00 p.m. What GREAT guys!!!!! After explaining the pricing to me they got started. Downsizing after 25 years at the same house, we had lots of junk to dispose of. Kyle and Joe packed the truck with the greatest of ease, had me inventory after loading, and inquired if I had anything else that needed to go. I was very pleased with the service provided by this company and will call them again when I need things hauled away. They were punctual....got back to me immediately to reschedule and confirm the appointment. They showed up on time, were polite & respectful of me and my property and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They efficiently loaded the items, tidied behind themselves and were off in no time at all. It was an excellent experience, showed me how easy it was to deal with "stuff" that had been loading me down. I called some of my friends and told them this is the company to call!

Jose and Terrance did a very professional job at a fair price. They quickly packed up all my junk and never lost their patience with me as I kept saying I just have a few more things.... I was very impressed that much of my stuff would be recycled and going to someone in need.

Set up appt online on Friday evening for Saturday afternoon 12-2 pickup. We received a phone call on Saturday at 11:30 am to verify address and contents and to let us know it would be at least 2:30 before they got there due to unexpectedly large job that morning. The team arrived at 4:30pm and were apologetic for the delay and explained what had happend at the first job. The team was fantastic. They did a great job of loading everything. They removed kitchen cabinets and dishwasher we had stacked in garage. They removed the huge, heavy, entertainment center components from inside our home and were careful not to bump walls, doorways, etc. They were patient in answering my husband's questions regarding what they do with what they collect. [They unload at central facility. Anything in usable condition is donated to local groups they work with (they provided specific examples). They recycle everything they can before disposing of remainder.] The price is based on how much of the truck space you fill up. They packed everything very tightly which saved us money. Even though they were late, they did call us, and they had a good explanation of what had happened that morning. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others, and I will definitely use them again if needed.

Came on time. Surveyed how many total items for pick up. Gave estimate beforehand, for my approval. Quickly removed furniture from my home and items from basement. Very professional and thorough. What I liked the most was that they donate the usable items, furniture, bicycles, etc. to charity.

they asked what time our new furniture was scheduled to arrive and arranged to remove our old set just one hour earlier so that we would not be inconvenienced without furniture or have to deal with both sets at once. They even examined our old beat up set and determined that a charity might want it and then asked us if it was ok if they gave it to a charity instead of automatically bringing to a landfill. I did get a lower estimate from another hauler, but would not have been able to select an exact pickup time. I am so glad I went with 800 got junk. what a wonful experience.

They came and took a part of a truck load of weight on one occasion. They were pleasant, helpful, efficient, and on time. They were reasonably priced too.

I was told they would arrive between 8am and 9am, they showed up exactly at 8:30am after calling to let me know they were on their way. They arrived, confirmed the amount to be removed and verified the price. This was a large pile of debri and they were done in about 1/2 an hour. They swept up any small, loose debri, gave me a receipt and were on their way. The guys were professional, cheerful and neat; all I could hope for in a debri removal company. I would definately use them again and recommend them to any of my neighbors who need hauling.

As advertised, they called 30 minutes before they arrived and started to work exactly when they said they would be here. I showed them all that I needed to have taken away and they gave me an estimate to within $20. It took them about an hour to finish and they were cheerful and extremely courteous the entire time. They cleaned up and left no debris behind. I would use this company again in a heart beat. They really helped me out, reducing the amount of junk that my movers had to pack the following day. Also, as advertised, they gave me a $10 discount for scheduling online.

Everything went very well from beginning to end. I scheduled an appointment online for a 30 minute time slot , which was quickly confirmed. On the scheduled day, I received a call about 30 minutes before the scheduled time that they were on their way and arrived right on schedule. They were very friendly and professional, explained the pricing, loaded it up and were done within 30 minutes. I received a $10 discount for booking online and they left me coupons. I can't say whether they are cost competive, but I thought it was reasonable. Even if I owned a truck, it was worth havijng someone else do it - especially because it would need to go to multiple dump/recycle sites.

We are in northern Chatham county, and sometimes companies don't want to come all the way out here, but 1-800-got-junk easily scheduled us. NOTE: Because they can't see the size of what you'd like hauled, they don't give estimates over the phone, but on the website you can see representative sizes of "junk piles" and approximate costs to give you a sense of how much your hauling will cost.

I needed this material removed as I am getting ready for a family gathering for Mother's Day and I needed the place to look good. The fellows arrived right on time after calling ahead to let me know they were on their way. They removed all the Items I had for them and did it quickly and effortlessly.
