They did good work and the estimate was very close to the actual cost. They were late but called to tell us this.

After seeing this companies advertisement for years we immediately thought of them when the need arose. Setting the appointment was easy, the team arrived on-time and as promised, they provided an estimate of the work cost and time and fully explained the process to my mother. Once approved they quickly completed the task. Perfect.

Cleaned out a storage shed, took away junk we had set aside for them. They were perfect, on time, polite and very helpful.

Great service. I made an appointment on line, got to choose the time slot I wanted. The web page outlines very clearly what material they will take and what they will do with it. The guys showed up on time, introduced themselves, loaded the truck, swept the garage and driveway. Very professional and very fast. I got a followup email to comment on the service.

Provider was considerate of my schedule and punctual. They hauled a garage full of junk including multiple broken televisions and computer monitors, a sofa and several heavy boxes of junk in less time than it took me to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching them. Final cost was accurate to the estimate and the haulers were professional and courteous.

They were very responsive and came when they said they would. The men who came to our home were very professional and courteous. They removed the stuff quickly and without any fuss. The price was the minimum price on their scale. I'm sure that it is a competitive price, but it seems like a lot because we only had a few items to be removed. I would use them again but will likely wait until we had more items that we need to have removed so that we get a little more bang for our buck.

Went well except the truck was too small so they couldn't take it all. Decided too call a different service to finish the job.

I had called another junk removal company but they wouldn't remove a piano. I then called 1-800-GOT-JUNK. They had done piano removal in the past and were very familiar with the size, weight, and what it would take to remove a piano. They came out when promised, were careful no to cause any damage to our home, and removed the piano. They said they would look for someone who wanted the piano, would donate it, or properly dispose of the piano. They charged the price quoted and were very professional. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

They were on time, and very cooperative. Gave us a pretty accurate quote ahead of time. They also did the extra moving of the couch without any charge. You could tell, these guys were good at what they do. They say that they will soon be going into the moving business also. If they do, I'll call them if I need another mover. They even swept the garage floor which was going the extra mile. Why pay the movers to move the junk from one house, and pay the junk man a few days later to take it away.???? They will be able to load the stuff you don't want anymore on their junk truck, and your good things on their moving truck.

The pick-up was scheduled the week before with a 2-hour time window commitment for the scheduled date. The driver called about 15 minutes before the 2-hour promised time and provided a more precise arrival time. They arrived within 15 minutes of the promised time, well within the 2 hour window. The two men were very efficient and had everything loaded on their truck in about 30 minutes. They did no damage to flooring, walls or doorways in removing the large pieces of furniture and I would say did a better job than the delivery people and movers who brought them in the first place. The bill was within the quoted range provided before work began. That range was based on a rate schedule for how much of the truck they estimated my items would fill. I will definitely use them again if the opportunity presents itself.

I am generally pleased. I know that they try to recycle or repurpose things that they haul off instead of just taking them to the dump. They come and give you an estimate. Usually once you have used their service you get 10% off the next time that you use them. They can do a variety of things, like we had an old swing set and they were able to haul that off. They take care of a variety of things, not just one type of junk that they haul off.

Everything was smooth, fast, and efficient. They called ahead, arrived in the agreed upon time window, and were very professional and friendly. They loaded a nearly full truck of stuff in a very short time! They even swept out the area after loading. I was very happy with the service, all around.

1-800-GOT-JUNK was very helpful in providing us an acceptable and quick pickup/removal date. After receiving a quote from the drivers doing the pickup, we requested a change of dates because we expected to have more that needed to be hauled away. They were very accommodating and upon their return we were amazed at how quickly they were able to load up their truck with all of our "junk"! They were very professional, friendly, and provided great service with a smile. We would definitely use them again if the need ever arises, and we highly recommend them.

I like them because I tell them what I want out and they come pick it up. You don’t have to pick up anything yourself. I had a bunch of “junk” they took it away for me. They charge by the load, by how much of the truck they use.

We were very pleased. Joe and Antonio arrived on time. They were very polite and courteous. We are in the process of getting ready to put our home on the market and had numerous items in the basement that needed to go. They looked at the items and gave us a quote which was very fair. The house is on a hill so moving the items out of the walk out basement was no easy task. They worked diligently and were done in a half an hour!! We were very impressed! We would definitely recommend them and use them again!!

I left two messages on a Thursday and a Friday with no return call. They called the following Monday and made arrangements to come for an estimate. The estimator arrived during the agreed upon time window. The estimate was satisfactory for cost, so I scheduled the work. Communication about time and the work to be done was excellent. They showed up at the scheduled time to do the work with multiple trucks and a crew of five very professional and friendly people. The yard waste was loaded out in about 1 and 1/2 hours with great clean up. Bill was for the amount estimated and paid on the spot. I will call them when I need hauling again.

From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. To set up an appointment, you call the customer care line. Their reps did an excellent job of answering my questions and even changed the drop off date to better suit my schedule. It is also good to know that the company sorts through the trash and donates anything that is in good condition to charity.I was told that there would be a three hour window from 9:30am-11:30am. Hosea [hope my spelling is correct on this] called at 9:40am to give me a heads up that they would be at my house within the next 20 mins. They asked if I was on a budget and went over their price sheet. I gave them a detailed checklist of what I needed removed. They followed these instructions to a tee. The two guys worked at a quick pace and asked questions as needed. They went to great lengths to get my awkward, huge old couch out to their truck. If they needed any special tools to get the job done, they asked before taking them and returned them to their proper place. According to the estimate, my things would not fill up their truck. When it did fill up the truck and they weren't able to pack some of the things I requested; they kept their word on the original price and said they would make a return trip. When they weren't able to come back the same day, they put us on their priority list for the following day. What I admired most was regardless of all the physical work involved, they had great attitudes and communicated well. They really know how to take care of their customers from start to finish.

The crew of 3 arrived at the time specified on the phone, picked up and hauled away a variety of items, including an old swing set (which they had to dismantle), sandbox, big branches and bags of yard waste. They performed the work professionally and hauled everything away within 30 minutes. Great job!

I scheduled an appointment through Got Junk's Internet set on Sunday. They call me back that same day to confirm our appointment day and time (Monday afternoon). On Monday, they called me to check if they can drop by in the morning instead of the afternoon, which worked out fine for me. The two gentlemen who showed up were polite, courteous, and very professional. I showed them the items and they explained their pricing structure to me, which was very clearly laid out, and gave me a tight range where my price would fall. No obligation to purchase. They collected all items in 30-45 minutes and honored my Angie's List $25 discount. Very convenient, given that I would have had to rent a truck, rent or buy a chain saw to cut down the swing frame (the bolts were rusted and sunken into the frame, so it was impossible to hold them in place to remove the screws), not to mention various trips to Home Depot / Lowe's and the landfill, and the effort to lift some heavy items. I am very glad I used Got Junk and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I just bought a new home 2 weeks ago. The back yard had never been maintained beyond mowing the grass. I had to dig out 80 x 3 feet of ivy along the fence line and prune away 1/2 of the overgrown azaleas. After looking at how much yard debris there was, I knew that I was going to need professionals to remove it. I called 1-800- GOT JUNK yesterday afternoon after reading the reviews on this site. They were available this morning at the time I requested. Jose called me 15 minutes before arrival to let me know that they were on their way. They showed up promptly at 10:00am. Jose gave me an estimate which I agreed to. They were done in 30 minutes and did an outstanding job.
