Description of Work: Removed construction debris from my garage. Took 4 guys to load their truck and they didn't pack the junk in a way so they could haul all of it. They said it would take two loads...which means most cost. I ended up renting a Uhaul trailer for $30 and finished it myself.

Description of Work: I raked and dragged all of the leaves and yard waste to the front of the house next to the street. The only heavy item was an old sewer pipe that I dragged from under the house to front of the street. The 2 guys spent 15 minutes loading the truck. A guy from across the street said he could see inside the truck and it was about 2/3 - 3/4 full. There was at least 3 feet from top of truck to where yard waste was visible. I have do much more that needs hauling but disappointed I can't trust this company. They left the sewage pipe. I had to hire another company & it cost me $75. The company took almost 3 weeks to reimburse me the $75. I wanted to trust them.

Description of Work: We had to clear out a bunch of "stuff" and some big old VERY heavy furniture before installing new whole house flooring. Got Junk actually (called ahead) arrived 1.5 hrs ahead of schedule (with our permission)...only took them one hour to clear out some big bulky heavy furniture through a tight space, plus boxes and bags of "stuff:", and they helped us clear out 2 sheds. We nearly filled up their truck in less than 1.5 hours. They were extremely courteous and helpful. We've hired them before and thought they were just wonderful. We still think they are. Will hire again and again. No complaints.

+ -1 moreI received a return call less than 24 hours after leaving a phone message (over the holidays) to set up an appointment. The loaders arrived on time and worked quickly to assess and begin their work. In several hours' time I had my garage and attic back!
Description of Work: Removed 10 years worth of junk from my attic and garage. Items included old books, papers, clothes, furniture, appliances, decorations, tools, etc.

+ -1 moreI booked a time on line in the morning for around 3:00 the same day. The driver called about 15 minutes before they arrived as promised during the on line booking. Two men performed the job after giving the estimate. Work was done well and quickly. Both representatives were very polite. There was a $10 discount for booking on line.
Description of Work: Remove lumber scraps and old barbecue grill.

Description of Work: I had two televisions that did not work and needed someone to haul them away. I was contacted by GOT JUNK immediately and I set up and appointment for them to come pick up the items on Sunday of that week. The appointment was for 12 noon and someone contacted me around 11:00 am on Sunday to remind me that the pick up was for 12 noon and the drivers would arrive on time. Two very nice young men came to my house, gave me an estimate and proceeded to load the truck. They worked very fast and were gone from my house within 30 minutes of arrival. I will use this service again and will recommend their service to all of my friends. Thanks for this service, I will continue to use the list when I need a service.

+ -1 moreI needed a bunch of junk removed that had accumulated. I looked them up online to get an idea of how much it would cost. I also got an estimate from another company I found online, and GOTJUNK was cheaper. The day I wanted it done I booked an appointment online. The called to tell me they were on their way. I also got $10 off for booking online. When they arrived, I showed them the stuff that needed to be removed, which was all over the place. They gave me an estimate. Then the two men spent the next hour loading all of the stuff into the truck. They were very nice and polite. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and asked me to check to make sure they had removed everything I wanted them to. They had, then I paid them and they left with a truckload of my junk! When they left they also gave me two coupons for next time.
Description of Work: Removed a lot of debris from my property: old firewood, an old metal shed, old furniture, bulky items that were too big for the regular collection, some boxes, some shelving, and some broken exercise equipment.
