1-800-GOT-JUNK?

At first they were super responsive. They called us and let us know they could arrive earlier then originally scheduled. My husband left work early to meet them and they didn't show up. The manager then called and said a truck was broke and they were sorry but they have to send someone else out tomorrow. We asked to go ahead and send someone else out and we just hang around since he had already taken off work, it wasn't a big deal things happen we get that. So the two guys show up within 2 hours. They were nice and got right to work. They gave us a quote to remove all the trash we had. Then this is where the real problem started. All the trash wouldn't fit in their truck so they couldn't complete the job. However, we ended up having to pay them the entire price they quoted even though the job was only 75% done. We called the manager the next day and he said we can send another truck out it will be a minimum of $100. I don't understand how you could quote me a rate of $175 for all my trash then only get 75% off it and expect that I would ever pay you more to come get the rest because you were unable to do your job. That makes no sense at all. We will not be using the service anymore and I would caution others about it.

we used them several times. they even took our grossest of gross. they take everything but paint. both times the men were very professional and speedy. they even clean the spot where our junk was! i will never use another company for my junk removal.

1-800-GOT-JUNK came out in advance and gave me an estimate to dismantle and remove a wood swing set (two story fort, slide, rock wall, rope wall, and swing arm). The quote was significantly less than a price I saw mentioned in a review on Angie's List for another company. I scheduled; they arrived on time and were as nice as can be. Removed the set in about 30 minutes and even smoothed down the mulch were it was. Great service and great price!

They charged me less when I didn't have as much junk as expected. They were smart and friendly and fixed a couple of things on the farm while they were here.

They called about an hour before they arrived. Arrived on time. Looked at the articles to be removed, gave me a price which I agreed to and took the items away. They were in and out in about 15 minutes. They were very pleasant and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

I've been going to them for several times and I had no problem. I like the fact that they came when they said they were going to come. It's convenient. I could make an appointment online. They were in and out. I can point to what I wanted them to take, they'll take it.

They called "exactly" one-half hour before my scheduled window and told me when they would arrive. They arrived exactly when they said they would and reviewed the job and quoted an estimate. It took them only 15 minutes to load everything in their truck. The charge was what they had quoted me and the whole process lasted less than 20 minutes. This is the second time we have used them. Previously they removed a on old freezer for us with the same prompt service.

The cost of the service was considerably more than expected

Overall, they were fantastic! They arrived a few minutes later, but gave us a courtesy call to keep us informed. Upon arrival, they were very professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to get our bulky couch through our tiny door opening, were careful to double check with us on items to see whether or not they stayed or go, and even went in different areas through the house [including the backyard] to get everything that we wanted gone. By the end, the price had rose some [due to the increased load on the truck]. However, the prices are very reasonable. Plus, being able to get rid of these items made it worth every dime. We will definitely use their services again! :)

The two men who took the items were very careful moving them out of the house. They took everything that I had indicated I wanted to get rid of. They were very good at what they did. I was very pleased.

My junk is a mixture of furniture, yard waste, cardboard, and trash. They showed up on time, were very professional, loaded everything in about 10 minutes. Swiped my credit card on his phone. Very convenient.

This is the second time I have used the service. They were on time, professional, did the work in short order and cleaned up after themselves. I will use them again when I have another load to haul.

They did their job but I think they are very expensive. They took the crap away. There is nothing bad to say, you know we are older and we can't carry a couch of our house. They came in and put the crap out of the house. I would use them again in the future if I have to.

It was not well. They basically wanted to come and just pick up already boxed item but I was told that they would help me work in. I felt rushed and I will never use them again because not only did they not do what they said they would do, that was not the service that I thought I was getting. I thought that the price was high. They were punctual.
