He arrived on time to start the work. The price was more than fair - I even gave him a $200 tip because the work was done so well. My front lawn looks perfect. He had two workers with him and they did it in three days. I would not hesitate to hire Mendoza Hardscape again.
Description of Work: He stripped the yard, then rototilled it. Then they applied a layer of high quality topsoil. Lastly zyoza grass was laid out. He didn't like one of the palets of grass and took it back and got another. I would rate him quite quality conscious. I had a large front yard - his price was the lowest, but really I selected him because the reviews were so positive.

He was amazing. He was on time and did exactly what we wanted him to do. He was courteous. He actually missed a measure, and he goes back and fixed the issue and didn't charge us. He was an honest and hard-working person.
