Way Better Produce & Lawncare

NONE of the gates worked upon completion of the work. The gates open up to the front yard, and they did not clear the existing sod/ ground level. They had to be forced open, destroying the sod in the process. When I contacted Mr. Perry and voiced my disgust/ concern, he responded as though it was not his problem since he wasn't hired to work on the front side of the fence HE INSTALLED! His solution or recommendation was to cut the bottoms of the gates, which would have left at least a 4 inch gap at the base of the gates. INSANE! So, I would definitely NOT recommed him for fence installation unless you are okay with not having functioning gates. The sod was also poor quality, full of weeds. Part of this could be because of his failure to spray the yard prior to the leveling and sodding, as he had said he would do. I do not believe he did, as there was no browning or signs of spray. We also had wild blackberry running along the property line which was supposed to be treated, but it wasn't. It is much worse since the work was done. So, save yourself the aggravation, and go with someone else.

It took the company one month after payment and promised start date to begin and that was after we had left several voice messages with no response. About one month after the fence was built in began to show signs of poor craftsmanship - post leaning, fence sections that gave way. We contacted the company to have it fixed several time and never even received a response. One year later after we ran into the owner and he had promised to fix it - it still has yet to be fixed. After we filed for small claims to get compensation on the fence the owner showed up at the door and stated he wanted to make us happy and would fix it, he never showed up...
