It went well, only wish they would've provided me with a quote before having done the work, it would've been embarrassing if i couldn't pay for the work done after the fact. Besides that very fast and friendly.

Excellent! Raeford Plumbing Co. was on time, courteous and very professional in their performance of replacing my faucets. I've found my go-to guys when requiring plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Replaced old unreliable kitchen faucet with new stainless steel Danze pull-out faucet and earlier this year, replaced old leaky utility sink faucet with new pull-out faucet.

I called Raeford Plumbing and made an appointment for September 16th between the hours of 2-4. I had not received a call by 3pm, so I called to verify my appointment, numbers and information. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and informed me that they were running a "LITTLE" behind. I said that was not a problem and asked when I could expect their arrival. I was told between 4-6pm. I said that was more than a little behind and asked if 6 would be the latest. I was told, "yes, 6 at the latest." I have waited from 2pm and it is now almost 7pm. I have not gotten one phone call from this company to tell me they are still running behind or they can't make the 2 appointment times " they" gave me. This is very bad business and I will not recommend nor use Raeford Plumbing in the future. I will be writing more reviews.. I am a military widow with three children. I wasted an entire day of income waiting on a company that didn't show and didn't have the courtesy to call.

The gentlemen that came to fix our faucet was very courteous and respectful while in our home. He also showed me what was wrong and fixed the issue with no problems.
