He was very professional and talked me through everything he was doing. I was so impressed with how thorough and effective he was. I would definitely recommend this company. Best customer service and support!
Description of Work: The city water company called me at work today and told me I had a water leak and that I needed to call a plumber. I immediately called Thomas and he responded right away. He was able to double check my water meter and see what the problem was. It ended up being a simple fix in my main bathroom.

+ -1 moreThomas is extremely professional, honest, and I consulted with him because he has a great reputation for his level of service and integrity. He thoroughly explained the installation process and how the system would work.
Description of Work: Thomas came out to check my sink and handheld sprayer as well as assess my home for installation of a water softener. He researched softeners and we are working to purchase and have it installed by Thomas.
