Wayne and Jonathan did an outstanding job and put my mind at ease in explaining my septic tank problems. They were very prompt , professional, cost effective and kept me informed at all times. It was very obvious that they have a lot of experience in their professional career. It is wonderful to know that might septic and drain lines are working well. Jonathan went the extra steps to help me fill in sink holes created from the prior damaged drain lines and inspected my septic tank. Work was done on time and clean up was outstanding. I highly recommend Wayne and Jonathan for your septic tank issues. Vickie was great by informing me of the day and time for the work to be done. She corresponded with me by calling and emailing me. They explained everything very well. Thank you.

Wayne and his son Johnathan were amazing when they came, but I have to tip my hat to Vickie their office person. She returned my calls and emails promptly in order for me to get the county repair order to Wayne for his evaluation. She's awesome and if I needed an office manager, she'd be who I picked. Wayne showed up on time and with everything he needed to evaluate the problem. He and his son discovered that the county agent had made a mistake and in fact the problem was not with my septic field, it was with the way the lawn covering it drained. He showed me how the water from heavy rains would get trapped in the bowl shape of the yard and funnel all the water down into the drain field and simply overwhelm it with water. He outlined a plan to alleviate the problem and even supplied me with the name of someone who could provide the topsoil I needed to do it. When I invited him in to do the paperwork on my table instead of in his hot truck he refused saying he had too much dirt on his shoes. Wayne is a second generation owner of the company started by his father and he is teaching his son the business - literally from the ground up. I watched the way they worked together and realized the sort of pride Wayne took in his family business. (By contrast another septic "expert" who is here in Sanford (NOT WAYNE &CO.) - glanced at the problem, said he'd take the job and then kept putting me off...for three solid months - "I'll get to it. Might be another week or two." He didn't bother figuring out the minor problem and quoted me $850 to take a back hoe and dig until he "fixed" the problem the county guy mistakenly thought he'd found. I offered the job to 5 companies locally and he was the only one that bothered to look at the county repair plan or call me back. I've talked to other people and in this town/county that is SOP. And apparently the companies here know it. So DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. THEY APPARENTLY DON' T WANT TO WORK!!!) If you live in Sanford or Lee county, believe me - if you have an issue with your septic and you want someone who wants the job done right as much as you do, Wayne is the guy you want. Don't waste your time and money on the others.
