Carolina Lock And Security

My daughter was locked out of the house,and I was out of town, and July 4th was the next day. A large thunderstorm was looming and she was stuck outside with no shelter from the storm. I called Carolina Lock and Security, and the nice lady who answered said sure we can come right out and open the lock so my daughter could get in. I paid them over the phone with my credit card with no problems. They were there in less than 10 minutes to assist. They went above and beyond when they called me to let me know that the lock had to be destroyed to gain entry they did not even charge me for going to Lowes and purchasing a new lock, and installing it for me so that my daughter would be safe until I got back home! I know that deadbolt locks can be quite high in price, and I only paid his company 75.00 to come out and do the services. The nice gentleman told me not to worry about the additional cost of the lock, that it was on him, I asked him if he was sure, and he said yes there is no charge for the lock. I have never had such good service, so I had to write this review for everyone to see! If you ever need a locksmith you should really call these people because they really care about what they are doing, and are not just doing this for the money! A++++ Service!!
