I called Garrett after two other companies told me I either had to replace my indoor unit because of a “cracked coil” (quoted for $2800) or replacing the entire system for no satisfactory reason (quoted for near $5000). Garrett was patient, professional and took his time to ensure he knew exactly what the problem was. Turns out I needed my compressor changed out and after discussing the options with him, we decided proceeding with that option would suit my needs best.
