handyman service, house cleaning
+ 0 moreStarla did a good job but there were dependability and honesty issues over time. Starla gave so many attendance exceptions that it became difficult to rely upon her. I found myself scrambling often to find different cleaners. Starla gave reasons such as a flat tire, running late, going to court, etc. I also discovered items had come up missing after she completed cleaning (8 sets of sheets, towels, and other items). I sent Starla a list of things that needed to be replaced on the condo that her boyfriend could do. However, they consistently were unable to complete simple jobs in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Starla completed routine housecleaning for the past year on our three bedroom condo. Her boyfriend completed handyman type work for us.
