On site within 2 hours of us calling. Very fast, professional, and affordable. The large HVAC company in our area was a 4 day wait, $125 just for diagnostics, and we have had repeated issues since they installed the units 2 years ago. Cardinal Mechanical was the opposite experience in every way.
