The firm combines over 40 years of marine construction experience in all types of structures, both residential and commercial. We specialize in design-build projects. LSI is fully licensed and insured. We provide quick responses to your inquiries, complete site inspections and free estimates. With two barges in operation, we can respond promptly to your needs. We are committed to protecting, improving and enhancing your waterfront lifestyle. •Is primarily a design/build company – From on-site consultation, design & site plans, engineered construction plans, permit acquisition, construction, construction management, final inspections, to the final client walkthrough •Has over twenty years of experience in delivering high value turnkey projects •Is fully insured and licensed as a marine specialty contractor •Has an extensive commercial/professional and residential list of references •Offers complete construction plans in AutoCAD for electronic distribution or paper plots •Is capable of interfacing with engineers and architects to share project data •Has a complete staffed office team and shop crew that can handle any of your administrative tasks your project may require
